The crown of the Zillergrund

The crown is located in a quiet, secluded location, in the Zillergrund. The area is an ideal starting point for hikes as well as high alpine tours. There are excellent hiking trails or mountain bike trails to explore. The cottage has a living room with sitting area, couch, large kitchen with dining table, fridge, electric stove, oven, wood stove, coffee maker. 5 bedrooms, shower, toilet. Heating with wood-burning stove + electric. In front of the cabin there is a grill, fountain, and a very large sun terrace. Bread service, offer gladly on request.

Walk a few steps more slowly than in everyday life and immerse yourself in life on the mountain in intact nature. Take your time for yourself and your family will make your vacation at the most beautiful time of the year. We are not connected to a large ski resort. There are no entertainment parks, as on many peaks of our mountains and apreski. We do not have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

You'll love the place because of the healthy wood construction, tiled stove, quiet location, terrace, fantastic views. My place is great for couples and guests traveling with their pets. The vacation home "Glasnalm" is located next to the listed Glasnhof in Dürnbach, a district of Gmund am Tegernsee. It is very quietly located in the middle of fruit trees and bee colonies, but still very centrally located to shops serving daily needs. Lake Tegernsee is only 2 km away. The Glasnalm was rebuilt from solid wooden beams from 1747 as a small hut true to detail. You have a small, historic cottage with modern comforts.

The perfect place to relax, pick blueberries or hike. What else to note: - Access only possible via a forest road, (Please use a suitable car!!) - Self-catering cottage - Own bedding must be taken with you. - Garbage must be taken back downstairs.
