This bright, modernly equipped holiday apartment is located in a historic building in the center of Krimml. From the 3rd-floor apartment, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. The Zillertal Arena ski area is just about a 10-minute drive or ski bus ride away. Right next to the building, you'll find an outdoor pool, mini-golf, beach volleyball, tennis courts, as well as numerous hiking and leisure opportunities.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

From the hall, you reach the bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Under the house is a spacious ski cellar with ski boot dryers and the sauna, and in summer the bicycles can be stored here. There are plenty of parking spaces around the house.
