Our house is in a very quiet location with wonderful views of the Großvenediger. In just 5 minutes you are in the center of Neukirchen am GrV. or Wald in Pinzgau. The free ski bus takes guests to the Wildkogelbahn, the El Dorado for skiers and snowboarders and with the "probably longest illuminated natural toboggan run in the world" (14 km). We are therefore an ideal starting point for mountain hikers, skiers, cross-country skiers, cyclists and mountain bikers, or of course motorcyclists.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The "Archehof Hochzirm" with the "Lodge Anton" is located outside of Campo Ture (Sand in Taufers) on 1,003 m above sea level. The hiking and skiing paradise Speikboden is only 5 minutes by car from the accommodation. The beautiful alpine-style apartment features a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and thus accommodates 6 people. From the windows and from the balcony of the apartment on the 3rd floor you have magnificent views of the surrounding Alpine panorama. The Zillertalarena ski resort can be reached by car or ski bus in approx. 10 minutes away. Right next to the house is an outdoor pool, a mini golf course, a beach volleyball court and two tennis courts.

Our small apartment offers the perfect starting point to discover Krimml and the entire Zillertal. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.
