Both bedrooms are furnished with blackout curtains. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and a largewalk-in shower. In the enchanting Warfendorf Pilsum, about five minutes from the Pilsum lighthouse, is the apartment Kornboden in the Pilsumer farm. The building dates back to 1551 and is considered one of the oldest buildings in Pilsum. Directly in Pilsum there is a restaurant and café, approx. 2 minutes' walk. A small village shop is also located about 2 minutes' walk. Here you can buy rolls and other items. The harbor town of Greetsiel is just under 5 minutes away.

Extensive bike tours can also be taken along the North Sea coast or you can simply relax with a book under our beautiful apple tree. The house is designed for 2 people and is not suitable for pets!

Welcome to Tidehuus Krummhörn. Our house is a detached house and stands on a 1600 square meter plot. It was lovingly renovated in 2020. Last makeover of the living room 10/24. It is located in the quiet village of Loquard. It is about 2 km to the dike edge, 1 km to the baker (Rysum), 11 km to other shopping (Pewsum) or 12 km (Emden) The Tidehuus is a good starting point for extensive bike tours in East Frisia.

The new 80 sqm apartment is located on the upper floor of our house and is completely at your disposal. It is cozy and tastefully decorated. In our garden, which you are welcome to use, there is also a grill and a large fire pit. Bicycles can be parked safely.

Vacation in a monument, village idyll

Our vacation home is the former general store of this idyllic village. The original store furnishings have been extensively restored. So, we still have a picture of what shopping felt like until the 1980s: there was everything for everyday needs, you could write a letter and find out the latest. Thus, our vacation home is a stony witness to the everyday history of East Frisia.
