Not only in summer, but also in spring, autumn and winter, this spot of earth is balm for the soul. The bakery, pub and restaurant are about 1 km from the vacation home. By bike, it is 20 minutes to the sea.

The cottage is centrally located, right in the middle of East Frisia! Perfect for excursions in all directions and within a 20 km radius there is much more to experience and discover than you can do on a vacation. Our beautiful, elaborately renovated Gulfhaus invites all those seeking tranquility and relaxation. The village (Loquard) where we live is located between Emden and Greetsiel and allows excursions to the East Frisian Islands or to the coast just 1.7 km away. Likewise, extensive bike rides can be taken along the North Sea coast or simply relax with a book under our beautiful apple tree. The house is designed for 2 people and not suitable for pets!

The upstairs living room with a cozy fireplace creates an airy atmosphere. Two bathrooms with bath and shower provide comfort (one as a hot tub). Enjoy the magnificent surroundings or relax on one of the two large outdoor terraces. Sauna since 2025. Note: No rental to pure youth groups!
