The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. It is located in the quiet village of Loquard. It is about 2 km to the dike edge, 1 km to the baker (Rysum), 11 km to other shopping (Pewsum) or 12 km (Emden) The Tidehuus is a good starting point for extensive bike tours in East Frisia.
