It is located in the quiet village of Loquard. The dyke edge is about 2 km, bakery 1 km (Rysum), other purchases 11 km (Pewsum) or 12 km (Emden) The Tidehuus is a good starting point for extensive bike rides in East Frisia. If you are looking for peace, you will find it here.

Vacation home with garden

The vacation rental "Groote Kaat" is located on the Sommerpolderhof in the Krummhörn between Norden and Emden. The shrimp cutter port of Greetsiel can be reached in 10 minutes from here. The apartment is 75 m² and has a large bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and another bed (0.80 x 2.00 m). A private (fenced) garden area, adjacent to that of the neighboring vacation apartment, with a spacious terrace and sun loungers completes the offer.

The ground-floor apartment with terrace is oriented to the west and north with a view of the surrounding fields. The bedrooms, the shower room and the separate toilet are located in the rear part of the apartment and are separated from the living room by a hallway. The approx. 33 m² living room with kitchenette and dining table has a ceiling height of around 2.9 m. The cozy sofa corner is the ideal place to relax and a fireplace provides comfort.

The "Witt Huuske" is a lovingly renovated residential home from 1890, divided into two separate rental units, the "Vorderhaus" and "Hinterhaus". It has been awarded 5 stars. It's located in the village of Campen, close to the dike and Germany's tallest lighthouse. In designing it, we drew on how we ourselves like to vacation: high-quality furniture, elegant fittings, and special details that make the trip something extraordinary.

Rare find! Four bedrooms (3 double beds, 1 bunk bed) and a living room can accommodate 2 - 8 people. A kitchen, two bathrooms, storage room and a separate toilet as well as two terraces (one covered) overlooking the water. Four private parking spaces at the house. The garden/house is right on the water and invites you to swim, do water sports or fish. There is also a private jetty including free pedal boat use (30.3. - 11.15.)

Our small but nice apartment, renovated with love, is ready for its first guests. It is equipped with 2 single beds (which can easily be pushed together if necessary), a small kitchenette and a separate shower room. Fiber optic Wi-Fi and smart TV are also available. It is practical and yet very comfortably furnished. During the renovation, we gave many historical unique pieces a second life, which exudes a lot of charm.

The 72 m² Sieltied apartment can accommodate four guests on one level with two bedrooms and an open living area. Enjoy the exceptional canal view and relax in your own garden with a terrace and lawn. The furnishings include a modern induction kitchen, a Nespresso machine, underfloor heating and a floor-level shower. A private boat berth, free private parking and an e-bike charging station complete the offer.
