Our home is a very comfortable house located in a residential complex in the center of Ayvalık. A stylish and cozy space has been created using a combination of antique and modern furnishings. It is earthquake-resistant. It can accommodate 5 adults, and there is also a baby crib. The garden is for the exclusive use of our guests. There is a teakwood dining set in the garden. The house is equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils. You can enjoy preparing your meals, or if you prefer, you can walk to the bazaar, restaurants, etc., discover the historical character of the city, and enjoy the sea on its beautiful beaches.

Our house is in the center, 200 meters from the beach, restaurants and cafes. Our house, which we designed for your comfort, is ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families. Suitable for pets. The garden is all yours. There are sitting areas where you can sip your morning coffee or have a pleasant time in the evenings. In the garden, you can make a fire in the brazier in the winter months. In the winter months, it is comfortably heated with the underfloor heating system.

Our apartment, where you can have a quiet and peaceful holiday with your family or large groups of friends, is waiting for you two km from Sarımsaklı, three km from Ayvalık center and one km from Küçükköy center. A water booster has been installed since 2020. The apartment is on the third floor, it has a large terrace where you can have a barbecue. Heating is provided by a heater in the winter months.
