Our residence with a garden has 2 bedrooms. There are 2 double beds. There is 1 bathroom and an American kitchen-living room. 5 pearl maximum people can stay comfortably on the pull-out sofa for 2 people in the living room. 😊ENJOY YOUR VACATION 😊

A bohemian two-story house on a parallel alleyway to Horse Cars Square,very calm, 100 m from Palabahçe, walking distance to all the organic products located in the bakery,butcher and bazaar. There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. It takes 10 minutes to get to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.

We stayed for 4 nights. The house is a stone house and the location is very nice. The house also had supplies for needs other than basic needs. There was an ant problem in the house, but the issue was resolved after the pesticide. Due to the architectural structure of the stone house, when you walk upstairs, the sound comes directly downstairs. It was generally nice. It can be accommodated for a long time. More ideal for 2 people.

Mr. Emin was a very caring host and responded very quickly to our problems and offered pleasant suggestions before and after check-in. We felt very safe because it was a family atmosphere and it was also very clean. The house was 10-15 minutes away from the center as mentioned. There were tools in the house with all the equipment. We were very satisfied and would like to choose this house again if we come back. I definitely recommend it.

It is very close to the parking lot, nice restaurants, and the museum. It has a terrace and is a perfect place to have breakfast or to relax after a day of sightseeing. The room is clean and the decoration is very well chosen. We regretted staying only one day during our journey. I wish we had stayed less elsewhere and more here :)

Mr. Ali Riza was a primarily caring host , we had a small problem, but he took care of it right away to solve it and please us (it was not something the host had, it was a technical problem) . He did what was needed in the remedy, thank you. Overall, the house was clean and tidy , with everything needed. The location was nice and close to everything. Overall, we were satisfied .
