Monthly Rentals in Kurjavići

Everything was even better than the pictures, especially the garden. The apartment is rally sweet with original rustic details. The host, Klara is extremely nice and full of good advice of what to see and where to go. All in all, if we come to Istria again, we will try to stay here :)

We were received in person at the property after a short notice. We got a short tour and received important information. The place is quietly located, which was very accommodating to us. Restaurants, shopping, etc. can be easily reached by car. We received good tips from the hosts. Highlights include the outdoor kitchen with grill and cooking facilities, which can be used very well for warm summer evenings. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Vilijam is a very kind person. very responsive and always excellent advice. He is also an excellent cook, Vilijam surprised us by preparing 3 huge grilled fish, a treat. Not to mention the exceptional tasting of its olive oil. As for the accommodation, it's just heaven on earth. The house is functional, the outdoor barbecue with the sink is just excellent and very well thought out. The pool is fantastic, with deckchairs. Everything was perfect and we can't wait to come back and stay there and we hope to be able to share a drink with Vilijam. Moreover, Vilijam speaks English very well, which is a plus for communication. just a word so THANK YOU for this stay vilijam
