We are renting a bright attic apartment, which is located on the outskirts in a cul-de-sac. The place offers an intact infrastructure with full amenities (supermarket, bakery, café, post office, ATMs, doctors, pharmacies, butchers, snack bar, restaurants, etc. available). The bus stop is about 400 m away (15 min to BGL & 40 min to Cologne) and the A4 is 8 km away. A parking space is available. The area invites you for walks and offers some excursion destinations in the Bergisches Land.

Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Spacious apartment in the listed manor house of a former estate. The half-timbered construction offers a pleasant indoor climate and for a cozy atmosphere in winter there is a fireplace. Two sleeping places are located in the 1.6 x 2 m double bed in the bedroom. Up to two more people can be accommodated on the pull-out sofa bed in the living room (1.45 x 1.95 m) In the immediate vicinity are a supermarket and a bus stop with good connections to Bergisch Gladbach and Cologne.

Our cozy apartment offers generous sixty square meters of space for 2 people. Feel good with a comfortable double bed, spacious bathroom, kitchenette, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Our granny apartment is well connected to the public bus network, in the middle of the beautiful Bergisches Land, only 35 km from the Rhineland metropolis of Cologne. It is the ideal starting point for hikes and is located directly on the Mühlenweg, one of 24 "ramblings" in the Bergisches Wanderland.

The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

In the heart of Kürten, in a quiet side street you will find our small oasis of well-being, directly surrounded by nature conservation and hiking areas. Equipped with underfloor heating and cooling and a ventilation system, the 20 sqm apartment offers you a full living room with fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a sleeping area that not only functions as a room divider, but also offers storage space for your clothes.

In the Oberbergisches Land lies the newly renovated cottage – ideal for a cozy weekend (or longer) for two - surrounded by nature, hiking trails and small villages. A car is absolutely necessary for visiting restaurants or shopping, as nothing is within walking distance. A second, permanently occupied house is located on the extensive property. In summer, you can have breakfast on the terrace or cool your feet in the stream – pure relaxation in the green.
