Beautiful renovation of the villa . Perfect location, sea 5 minutes walk and market a 10-minute walk . Big advantages to be able to park 3 cars because the streets are well taken . The bird district is beautiful. Our interlocutors were very responsive to our requests . The house is very well equipped and very clean. Very nice stay.

We had a great stay at Eric's house. It is clean and functional, very close to the beach and shops of Le Pouliguen. Pascale, who welcomed us, gave us some great tips . A great plus for the bike loan, it allowed us to take the train without ours A nice pick.

We had a lovely stay at Sylvie's, we were 6 adults and 5 children, and had plenty of room. The beach of Sainte Marguerite is within walking distance, small shops (bakery, butcher, cheese shop) as well. Sylvie responds very quickly if needed. The place completely matches the listing, it is very well equipped for a tribe like ours. A perfect stay!

Very nice we met up with cousins in Fetia's house! Welcoming house, very well equipped (kitchen), with beautiful volumes in all rooms, neat decoration. A very pleasant, quiet garden. The beach is nearby at the end of the street, and beautiful walks nearby. We'll go back!

We loved having the animals around and were happy to feed them and look after them. The pool was lovely to use and the children enjoy greatly. The walk to the beech was not too far and the sand is wonderful once you get there.

Beautiful and comfortable house, with a very nice view, quiet. The terrace and pool are very nice; we also enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, piano and plancha. You can walk to the old town of Guérande (small friendly market despite the crowds in August). Nearby hiking trail and bike paths. Many activities around Guérande, in addition to the beaches. Virginia is a thoughtful hostess. I would this property.

A super large house with 4 bedrooms and everything nice on the ground floor! Sweet and good reception from Mireille, that was also very pleasant. Within walking distance of a bakery, fishmonger and supermarket, a nice market in the square weekly. Our kids enjoyed it too. Small station is within walking distance and always easy and the trains certainly do not make any noise. In short, wonderful house to relax and unwind.

Friendly and responsive welcome with fresh water on arrival. Tastefully decorated, functional and comfortable accommodation. The pool is a big plus. There's nothing missing on the property. I recommend 🙂
