An excellent weekend spent in this beautiful accommodation. Matches the photos and descriptions, even beyond expectations, it seemed bigger than in the photos, very positive. Clean place where we felt at home: cozy, cocooning and warm. A beautiful exterior for breakfast and other meals outside. A big thank you to Audrey for her exchanges and availability. Pascal and his wife are welcoming and discreet. The apartment is well furnished, well thought out so that the stays are pleasant. The location is excellent for discovering La Rochelle, the islands of Ré, Aix and Rochefort.

We were greeted very well and the place had everything we needed. We were explained everything very well and she gave us the local tips! It’s very cosy! It was very clean and it’s so nice to have a clean place to arrive to. It’s on the third floor. The wooden beam is a beautiful architectural feature, but watch your head.

Our stay went very well. We were 2 adults and 2 small children. The apartment is as advertised and remarkably clean! It's very rare these days. The hosts are available and very kind. Everything was perfect.

Well what a fantastic few days we had. I can’t stress what a fabulous house this is. It has everything we needed. Little garden and off road parking. It was spotless. Stéphane gave us a bottle of his home made apple juice. Absolutely delicious. Buses were very handy and very inexpensive. I can’t praise Stéphane or his house enough. A little gem of a find

Carole's accommodation was really perfect. We were able to arrive independently thanks to Carole's very clear instructions. We couldn't enjoy the terrace but it allows you to enjoy the outdoors in privacy. The bakery recommended by Carole is really excellent. We'll be happy to go back!

Impeccable studio, in a quiet environment and very well located to visit La Rochelle, Ile de Ré or the Poitevin marsh. Julien is responsive in case of any problems. I would definitely recommend this listing.

This is the perfect location (for 2 people) close to the coast and a few kilometers from La Rochelle. The house has a private small garden, is very tastefully decorated and the kitchen is equipped with good kitchen appliances. Two bicycles are available for trips in the area. Axel is a very attentive host, who is always available for questions or any problems. Recommended!

Very pleasant stay in Sylvie's apartment, ideal location close to the old port, aquarium and many restaurants, the apartment is large and very clean, the parking is a big asset we were able to enjoy La Rochelle on foot, the Hotel for the delivery of the keys is perfect, and Sylvie is very considerate, call before arrival, advice, etc. A safe bet in La Rochelle. We'll be back at Sylvie's!
