Brent’s place was amazing and I would definitely stay there again! It’s in a great location close to lots of restaurants in South Park and my favorite coffee shop Santos coffee :) Their home was beautiful inside and out with a great yard space for the doggies!

Great spot in a quiet North Park neighborhood. Super clean, easy to access, and very dog-friendly & my pup loved it. Close to everything we wanted to do including restaurants and shops, and check-in was quick and simple. Would definitely stay again! The decor was also super cute!

This is a marvelous place for family (or other) get-togethers. Very thoughtful furnishings and details. There are two large gathering places - one indoors and one in the backyard, so people can break off into smaller groups. Dining, shopping and entertainment (park, beach, etc) are all nearby. Lots of gear for kids (which we really appreciated). Great communication with/from the host. We would love to go back.

We really enjoyed our stay! The casita was clean, nicely decorated, and had a great yard for our dog. The home was close to beaches, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do. We appreciated the driveway parking and the fact that Alex was easy to communicate with and allowed us to check in early. The airplane noise is noticeable so I’d recommend headphones/ear plugs to get to sleep. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Nick's place was amazing. It was walking distance to the beach and plenty of excellent food options. The home was clean and spacious. We had 4 adults and 3 children, and there was plenty of space. Nick was kind and very accommodating.

Great place with a great view, convenient location, very minimalist in the best way. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to relax and spend time indoors while on vacation, great place to get a little creative work done.

We loved our stay here! Very comfortable, great location and had everything we needed in the home. Street parking was always available except one time. We used the free parking garage pass and that was also super easy and convenient. We walked to many restaurants, shopping areas and sites from here. When we did drive it was easy to get everywhere from here. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a lovely time. This one-bedroom, one-bath is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in Pacific Beach. It was incredibly comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed. It's the perfect location, so close to the beach and ideal for relaxing walks to restaurants, shops, and anything we needed.. Mo was very kind, helpful, and responsive, making our stay seamless. We hope to come back and stay here again soon!

This was the second time that my family stayed at this AirBnB, and we absolutely love the condo's proximity to the beach. The condo itself is clean with all the basic essentials that you need... boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooking supplies. Both of the times that we've stayed here the condo has been very quiet; we've never heard noise from neighbors. The condo community has several pools, hot tubs, and a tennis court plus the spectacular clubhouse with panoramic ocean views. There are lots of little coffee shops and places to walk to near the condo community and it's very family friendly. The mattresses and pillows are dated, but aside from that this condo is truly a gem.

Stay at Katri’s was great. Had delicious cookies waiting for us when we checked in, which was a breeze. House was spacious and entire lot was very big. Pool was great and even after we had told them that no heated pool would be necessary, Mother Nature had a different idea and gave us some more than unexpected chilly weather, so they had no problem throwing the heater on for us. Freeway in the background was hardly a noise problem for us personally. Just far enough that it didn’t affect us, and was nice to see what our morning commute was going to be like. Brought two dogs with the group that absolutely loved everything (after one of them finally got over his fear of the staircase). All in all a great stay in a great neighborhood. Cant comment more how quickly they responded to us in the days leading up to the trip, and while we were there. Great hosts!

We needed a place for 3 adults Sydnie’s place was so great from the first time I messaged Sydnie she helped me with local recommendation’s for restaurants/groceries/stores she sent me all the info I messed to make our stay wonderful. The house was everything that was shown. I would recommend anyone to stay here and will definitely will be back.

Quiet location, exactly as pictured and described. Parking could be a challenge if you have a large vehicle but being able to park in the garage made it easier. Great communication!

Vivian and John‘s cottage was a perfect place for a three day stay. Very peaceful and calm with beautiful surroundings and close to everything I needed to get to. I would love to come back at some point.

This is our third time staying here and it gets better and better every time! Literally spent the whole trip on the property with so many activities which the kids loved. Last time we used it as a place to stay when we went to Legoland and it was tough getting the kids to leave! My daughter's favorite host was Kelsey and my son's favorite is Riley. My buddy is Calvin the Alpaca. A perfect getaway and Heather and her family are super welcoming and attentive to any needs. Can't wait for the next visit!

We had a great stay at Tigg’s place. It was easy to get around, very walkable to get food or go to the beach. The studio had everything we needed. Would stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. It was a great cozy stay. I give it a 10 out of 10. The location is perfect. You are one block away from the beach check-in and check out with simple. They had a lot of beach accessories available for use such as bikes, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach, chairs, beach towels, and even a cart to bring all these things with you. You have your own private parking spot. The host did a daily check-in to make sure your stay was going great. We had such a great time. I will definitely be renting again and will refer anyone. I know that is going out to Mission Beach.

A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. We had a lovely few days at the apartment. Location is great as walkable to Bird Rock and La Jolla and the gorgeous Windansea beach is at the end of the road. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with extras such as beach towels. We had lots of use out of the roof terrace and hot tub and enjoyed the quiet residential location. Although you can walk to a few local places, a car is definitely recommended. Worth noting that the car parking space is located behind the property on a separate lane.

It was absolutely charming. We enjoyed our short stay, only regret was not having more time to enjoy it more. Beds and bedding was comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked. Plenty of thick towels and beach towels. My grandsons loved sleeping in the loft. We were 20 minutes away from Sea World minutes from great parks for the boys. The owner was wonderful. It was perfect for what we were looking for. Home was cozy, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

It’s a beautiful spot, convenient asking distance to a market, the beach and on a bus route! It’s perfect!

Place was very clean, very big, the kitchen has everything you need, the backyard was great for relaxing and for my dog. I misinterpreted the listing and thought the front unit was empty but it is occupied and there are dogs in that unit too. My dog alerts me if there is movement or sounds at the door, so I would have avoided this situation to have a more restful stay. I let Max know my concern of my dog barking in response to that and that I misinterpreted the listing. Max was very understanding and said that wasn’t a problem. This made my stay less stressful.
