Rafaella was great to work with, she communicated amazing at all times. She also accommodated us to check in early. The house is in a really nice neighborhood and very convenient, most places were about 15 to 30 min distance. The house also contains a lot of entertainment, which we hardly used since we were our and about; myself and my family loved it and we would definitely book here again! We felt welcomed and cozy here💚

Don't miss out on this awesome spot- plenty of outdoor spaces for families or larger groups. Excellent and well-stocked kitchen. We loved the separate sleeping area.

This was a beautiful place overlooking the airport and water! It was really cool to watch airplanes take off and land from the living room. The host was super nice and very responsive. I’d definitely come back here :)

Great space very clean only tv’s in living room and backyard good area close to freeway in the middle of everything front door needs a little push to get in could not figure out how to get master bedroom shower to work

This is a large older home, from another era with all you need. It is quirky and old school Chula in the best way possible. SUPER close to 3rd street, 7 min walk to downtown, 10-15 min to LaBella's. The main entrance lets you into a large sun room, the living room is spacious, plenty of room to hang out and watch TV. Full size dining room, leading to the back washroom and a separate door to the kitchen. Lot of doors! The main bedroom downstairs was spacious with the en suite bathroom that has a large skylight. Bedrooms upstairs were well appointed with nice bedding and comfy beds. I am a city girl, background noise isfine. However this is off a busy main street with markets, businesses and you are surrounded by two (quiet apt buildings). If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs (& eye mask). The backyard gazebo is cute and a nice place to chill. Would love to go back when the fruit trees are in bloom and giving fruit. Overall chill place to stay with an old school family vibe.

This is my 3rd time here 3 years in a row. My family and I love the place. I highly recommend.

This home was perfect for our vacation! very kid/family friendly- he has cribs, baby gates, utensils and plates for kids, lots of books. View was amazing, and is about 15 from everything!

Great older house in a nice residential area, walking distance to the beach and downtown Oceanside. We needed the space and washer/dryer because we were visiting for our kids' soccer tournament (unfortunately we discovered the water heater wasn't working, which was a bummer, but we worked with the host to try to get it up and running, and survived the cold showers : 0 ). Would definitely consider renting again.

It was perfect for our big family. Plenty of room inside and outside. The kitchen worked great for all the Christmas cooking we did. The deck area was spacious and had a lot of games to entertain the kids.

This villa was amazing. Basically a one bedroom suite with an attached standard hotel room. Four Seasons 5 star service all the way. All amenities were available including room service and daily maid service if wanted. Will stay next time we’re down visiting family in the area. Thanks Rita!

We had a family gathering for the weekend and enjoyed our stay. It’s a very lovely property and we loved it. Bryan suggested a few restaurants we loved and some activities close by that made the trip interesting. We would come back again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was great, and we felt that we were only 10-20 minutes away from everything we wanted. Everything was very clean, and my family had a great time. Even though the listing mentions no essentials, the host was able to provide us with more towels when we asked. We would stay here again!

Dejourne was an excellent host—very responsive and accommodating to all our needs. The space was perfect for our family, with a fantastic play area full of toys and activities for the kids. The kitchen was fully equipped and spacious, ideal for hosting a large group. The front yard was expansive and offered a stunning view from the top of the hill, giving a sense of seclusion and escape from the city. Highly recommend!

A perfect house for my family of 5. The furniture was comfortable, and we had a great time playing foosball and pool. Glad we had the pool heated for swimming given the temperature. We enjoyed morning coffee outside in this quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe here, too. Paul was super responsive when we had a question. Fantastic house, fantastic host. Will stay here again if we come back to San Diego.

We were very happy with the place! Bigger than expected and very comfortable! We loved the location because we could pretty much be anywhere in 15 min. The kids loved the game closet (so many!!!) and the treehouse. We enjoyed the Viking stove and spacious kitchen. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were fine. Grill wasn't working but we let the management company know. Parking was easy. Washer/Dryer was new and easy to use. Single cup coffee machine was a little tedious. Neighborhood is very quiet and calm. There is a great view of the bay from the house. Liberty station is notorious for airplane noise so be ready for plane noise starting at 6:30am sharp as they are creating their new runway at SAN. The planes stop at around 10pm so its very quiet for sleeping. Most days the planes were taking off right overhead. One day they were landing instead because of the fog and that was a little quieter. It was exciting watching them take off from the upper balcony. We all got used to it.

Sally's place is THE home away from home. Besides the immaculately beautiful villa, Sally was tremendously hospitable and made us feel like we're visiting family. You can wake up to the wonderous sights of the city and ocean and even watch sunset from the patio. It's also very quiet and close to nature, we can hear birds chirping in the morning.

The view here is just amazing. We loved the hot tub and taking in the view and sunshine in the afternoon. Great location away from all the business of downtown, but close enough to enjoy. Tabita was a great communicator.

Beautiful place with access to the pool, hot tub, and lounge chairs! Will definitely coming back next time I’m in town.

had a great time at janet’s place. the house was clean and perfect for the girls trip i was on. we did however keep hearing a beeping sound from being “too loud” so be mindful of that if you plan to stay here. other than that i have no complains!

Our stay was amazing! We loved the pool, layout of the house, and felt right at home. Everything was clean and Liam had great communication as well. Would definitely book here again!!

We stayed at this wonderful home in San Diego for our daughter’s graduation from UCSD, and it was the perfect place for our extended family. The house is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped—plenty of room for everyone to relax both indoors and outside. The pool area was a favorite for the whole family, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and gathering. It’s in a great location—just about 15 minutes from the UCSD campus and close to stores and amenities. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it to other families or groups visiting the area!

Sonia & Hugh are gems. I appreciated how accomodating they were to my requests and needs in particular to extending an extra day and Sonia and I even went to take a Zumba class together. The property is beautiful, well managed, clean and has all of the amenities needed. As a busy profrssional, it was a perfect reprieve to rest and gather myself.
