The most amazing, friendly, and gracious hosts! Ryan and Nicole made us feel so welcome—we felt right at home. The space was beautifully curated, which made it incredibly comfortable. There were plenty of amenities, such as a coffee machine with pods, a hairdryer, and an iron, along with a mini snack tray thoughtfully prepared by the hosts. There was plenty of street parking, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. 10/10! Honestly, the best hosts I’ve ever met—they’re amazing people!

I really enjoyed my stay! The rental was in a great area and I felt very safe the whole time. Everything was just as described.

The apartment is, well appointed, spacious & complete with everything you could want. The gardens are beyond beautiful, with lots of interesting trees and shrubbery and even a walking trail around the whole property. The pool is lovely and child safe. We felt very safe, there was an entry code for the front gate and another for our unit. The whole house is located in a beautiful, upscale area.

Great spot on top the hill in La Jolla. Easy access to the spots in La Jolla and PB. It’s a great neighborhood. The unit is clean. Kitchen has limited counter space but has most of what you need. Mary is nice and responds quickly when messaged. Would stay again.

Melissa’s place was super cute and a great place for my fiancé and I. Had all the amenities you would need and was in a quiet neighborhood with easy and accessible parking. It’s about a 1.5-2 mile hilly walk to the beach/Ocean Beach/restaurant area so I wouldn’t say it’s in a super walkable neighborhood but we had a rental car so it was easy for us to get around. Melissa’s guide book was amazing and we went to several of the recommended spots. This would be a great choice if you’re wanting to explore lots of areas of San Diego as it is centrally located and close proximity to highways.

We really enjoyed our stay. So much it was hard to leave! Great location and easy to walk to nearby sites. It was so great to be back in PB again. I’d recommend Richard’s place to anyone!

My buddy and I stayed here for a couple days and we enjoyed it. It is better suited for a couple as the bathroom is en-suite style and you have to pass through the bedroom to get to it. The second bed is a surprisingly comfortable futon. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed how close everything we were to the harbor, beaches, and restaurants.

We were looking for a quiet weekend getaway in Southern California. On a previous trip, we had stopped for a take-out lunch at Moonlight Beach. When shopping for this trip, it appeared just down the hill from the rental unit, and I couldn't resist. The bonus was that it is just a short walk to the shops of Encinitas and a wide variety of dining and entertainment options (we really enjoyed the streetside breakfasts and the gelato shop!). Street parking was easy. Too bad the weather was coastal gray, but it was easy to find the sun further inland while avoiding the highway traffic. The commuter train track is several blocks away and does noisily intrude at times. Joseph was flexible and able to allow early access and an extra hour at check out. He stopped by to introduce himself and to assure us that he was available if we had questions or needed something. We didn't need to call....

My friend and I were comfortable in this spacious home this weekend. Everything looks exactly as shown in the pictures. Back patio was cute we got to take some pictures as well. Would definitely be staying here again!

We needed a place for 3 adults Sydnie’s place was so great from the first time I messaged Sydnie she helped me with local recommendation’s for restaurants/groceries/stores she sent me all the info I messed to make our stay wonderful. The house was everything that was shown. I would recommend anyone to stay here and will definitely will be back.

Crystal was an incredibly responsive & communicative host with a beautiful, cozy space to offer! We had a wonderful stay that met all our expectations based on the listing. The space was clean & well stocked with basic necessities including ample bath towels, soaps, hair dryer, iron, cooking/eating tools, etc. & had a small fridge, AC unit, & an adjustable mounted TV. What the small bathroom lacks in sink counter space, it cleverly makes up for in a well placed over-toilet shelving unit & medicine cabinet mirror, creating great space options to spread out a bit. The home grounds were stunning, filled with beautiful wild flowers, fruit trees,& butterflies, & the patio provided adequate privacy with a well placed fence line. Crystal graciously offered space to park on the driveway which we had no issues with. It is a family neighborhood so you will hear occasional sounds of children & dogs. And there is a cute cat who occasionally roams, so keep an eye out when pulling your car in/out!

Loved our stay! The room was exactly as described with a great view of the canyon. The location was great and they were very clear instructions on how to access the airbnb. Would definitely stay again!

Kirsten has obviously put a lot of effort into making her place comfortable, and it is lovely. Kirsten is very friendly and responsive in providing local recommendations which I appreciate. I would most definitely stay at Kirsten's place again and would recommend it to others.

It’s a gem! Beautiful, peaceful, private, serene. Irina has created a wonderful getaway complete with original art and great book collections. Definitely coming back!

The photos, amenities, and reviews greatly factored in my decide to book this lovely suite but truly I was enamored once my husband and I walked through the door. What a cute beau! Not only was Randi and Conner attentive and accommodating with my request(s), their kindness and thoughtful elements added a simple yet warm touch of home. The home was easy to find, central to many shops and restaurants, private and quiet, clean and adorable, and spacious and comfortable. Unbeknownst to me, there were also baby toys and a high chair that I wasn't expecting - a cherry on top for my little one! This is one of our favorite Airbnbs, and we can't wait to come back again! So, for those still looking stop second guessing and book it NOW! 😊🏡🌻✨️

Our stay here was wonderful. Brenden was friendly and helpful. What a beautiful historic bungalow! I’ll be dreaming of that adorable kitchen for years to come.

My sister and I were on a small vacation for a couple days in San Diego and this place was close to where we wanted to be and had a few good spots we got to visit during our stay. We were a bit nervous about the reviews talking about the noise you can hear from upstairs, which honestly we did witness a bit of but since we aren’t light sleepers and would be pretty tired from a whole day of being outside, we slept well. And the bed was pretty comfy. Our only issue was that sometimes the water would get cold in the middle of a shower but not every time. I’m honestly not sure what was going on but it wasn’t anything major to me. Evan is very responsive so I appreciated that. I do recommend

We will definitely stay here whenever we come back. Good area, the house was clean and exactly how it was described. We had no issues finding the location and getting in. Street parking was easily accessible with a very short distance to the house as well. The set up was nice and comfortable! We also appreciated how Communicative Michelle was. She responded quickly and gave detailed instructions. Can’t wait to come back to San Diego! Definitely recommend this listing, it was within 20 minutes of everything we chose to do during our short stay

Absolutely love love love this small yet mighty place!! I was impressed! It was so cute and clean! The shower was amazing! The bed was comfortable and the back yard was great for my dog. The hot tub was a great addition to the place. Nice way to chill out after a long day of adventuring! I love the washer and dryer! I felt right at home! Kevin and his spouse were the nicest ever! They are quick to respond. They are so accommodating. I had car problems and they recommended a great car shop for me in the neighborhood! I would definitely stay again and look forward to coming back to San Diego! Thank you sooo sooo much for your hospitality! You are an amazing host! Loved everything about it!

I have nothing but nice things to say about Luan’s home! Checking in went smoothly and the space was comforting and clean! He was responsive and very accommodating which made my stay easy. Would definitely book again!

This was the perfect place to stay in between the zoo and the safari park. Super cute spot with lots of thoughtful design that made it really nice. An easy drive to so many yummy restaurants. Great view, peaceful, would definitely recommend. Friendly family too.
