The studio is on the ground floor of our two-story house. We live on the 2nd floor, and the studio is it's own completely private space. 5 miles to San Diego State University; 16-20 miles to San Diego beaches; 10 miles to Downtown San Diego; 15 miles to Sea World San Diego; and 13 miles to the World Famous San Diego Zoo!

I’m glad I found this gem to stay at. We felt comfortable and safe. John’s place is clean and very stylish. It was perfect for my husband and I. Loved that even though it was a Casita it was enough space. I loved the size of the bathroom to get ready, so roomy. Grateful that it was easy to and from San Diego State. Kudos to John he is very responsive. Thank you for letting us experience your Casita, hope to be back!! 😄

This place literally felt like paradise. If you didn’t know you were in San Diego, you would feel like you’re in Hawaii! The backyard was so beautiful that we spent the majority of our time out there in the pool, hot tub, and tiki bar! The upstairs patio was fantastic for outdoor eating. The hosts were super communicative with any questions we had prior to and during our visit! We definitely can’t wait to stay again in the future!

The space was very nice, clean, full of helpful little items (i.e., card games, umbrellas, a small working table when sitting on the couch for your computer). Jennifer was very responsive to any texts. The location was great - a lot of anything you need was close by. This was a great place to stay and well worth the price. I highly recommend.
