It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Beautiful apartment located on a property in the heights of Arafo. Wonderful views of the sea and the Canarian pine forests in the foothills of Teide National Park and Pico Cho-Marcial. Located in the east of the island of Tenerife, 20 minutes from the capital Santa Cruz de Tenerife. 15 minutes to Puertito de Güímar where you can enjoy the beach and restaurants. 5 minutes away in the village of Arafo, it has all kinds of amenities. 40 minutes from the South and North airports. Having a car is a must.

Panoramic ocean views, amazing terrace

Wonderful 70 m2 attic with amazing panoramic views to the ocean, plus 30 m2 private solarium on the top. Nice ambient with special decoration. Ideal for couples or families of 4 people, although it can afford 6 using the bed sofa in the living room. It has two bedrooms, one looking to the sea and another one to the common gardens. A swimming pool is also available in the common areas. The complex is a quiet zone, no parties allowed. Sorry but no pets either.

Ocean terrace

Our apartment has a wonderful ocean view. It is very spacious, bright and comfortable. Ideal for spending a few days of relaxation and tranquility, although it is also very close to the sandy beach, where you can surf or simply go for a walk and enjoy the views of Bajamar and Punta del Hidalgo. You'll love my place because of the views, the cozy space, the kitchen, and the location. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers and nature lovers
