Warm welcome, clean and very well located apartment, very comfortable bedding. No complaints about this accommodation, we spent the weekend there with my partner and recommend it without hesitation!

Great place! I recommend Vincent's place! Cozy, clean and very functional. We were very comfortable there with our dog because there is a shaded area at the back, with a terrace available to enjoy the beautiful weather. In addition, very well located: 200 m from the beaches of Tharon and the surrounding shops. Thank you, we'll be back with pleasure!

We stayed 2 days at Pascale's, who is a very welcoming host. The accommodation is located in a very green and natural environment, very peaceful as is the interior (wood, natural materials). We recommend this host and this accommodation!

A lovely stay. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and located a few steps from the sea. The bakery, at the foot of the residence is a real plus! You can do anything on foot in the area. this apartment is ideally located for discovering the region and resting. Tastefully decorated, it's perfectly equipped. The balcony faces the sea, with simply a path that runs along the building. What a bright, clean, quiet and beautiful home with beautiful views of the sea on one side and home gardens on the other. Anne thought of everything and we had a perfect stay. We also appreciated an excellent hot shower and the laundry machine. She was also always responsive and helpful.

I spent 3 nights in this pleasant accommodation that perfectly matched the listing. Quiet, 3 min walk to the beach and close to the center. Private parking lot. Valérie, whom I was unable to see, remained very responsive to my messages and I thank her for that. I highly recommend it and will be happy to come back.

We loved this accommodation, first of all because its terrace overlooks the beach and the view is magnificent. It is very well located in a quiet area, it allowed us to sleep to the sound of the waves. It's small, but well appointed. Very well located apartment with beach nearby, quality local shops downstairs. The accommodation is pleasant and functional with many amenities and a large terrace that makes the difference. The possibility of using bicycles is also a big advantage of this accommodation. Thanks to our hosts!

Very very satisfied with my stay!! The apartment is more than perfect as well as its placement. During my stay I was able to enjoy a spectacular sunset 🥰 Claudy and Denis gave me great recommendations for restaurants and places where I could enjoy the local treats... Would definitely stay again!!!

The view is breathtaking. The accommodation is quiet and close to the town center with all the facilities (bars, bakery, fishmonger, etc.). There are many beaches and walks.

It was our first visit to Guérande and we were delighted not only by the region but also by the magnificent accommodation made available by our hosts, Anne Laure and Claude. We had a great time at the place. This one is beautiful, the relaxation area is very pleasant and the bedding is comfortable. The access instructions and the little extras available are perfect.
