Babeth is a very welcoming, friendly and very pleasant Host... The accommodation and services fully match the listing... 👍🏻 the spa pool billiards and foosball... everything is impeccable... We had a pleasant stay at Babeth's... I recommend with great pleasure... We will come back... 😉

Our second visit to the property. It ticks so many boxes for us, but over and above the fact that the house is superb, the location allows us to safely park up the car, walk a short distance to buy what we need or eat at a variety of excellent restaurants or, for longer journeys, set off on the huge choice of wonderful circuits (coastal or inland). Pornic is a lovely town, with a great maritime history and tradition. To summarise how much we loved this place, we only got back home yesterday and we have already reserved our week for next year!!!

4-day stay; David and Céline are extremely friendly. Flexible arrival conditions. The accommodation is very quiet and pleasant despite a kitchen that is a little small. I would highly recommend it.

The accommodation is as described, clean and very bright, the garage is really an advantage because there is not a lot of space in Pornic. Everything can be done on foot and our hosts' recommendations for restaurants are really great. We'll be back with pleasure 😀

Ideal location if you don't want to use your vehicle during your stay; everything is within walking distance. The beach is just around the corner. Lots of activities or bike rides to do. Anyway, that's great! Just like the cottage which is very functional and nicely arranged, not to mention Camille who is very responsive. We will be back.

We spent four glorious nights at Florence's beautiful home, and I can't wait to return! Florence was one of the most incredible hosts. She offered to pick us up with all our luggage from the train station at 9:30 PM. The house and property are beautiful. We were visiting with our four-year-old daughter and my MIL, and the setup was perfect. My MIL had her own toilet, sink, and private bedroom downstairs, and we were upstairs with two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. The entire house also had built-in blackout shades, which were great for sleeping in over the weekend. When Florence picked us up, she drove us down the easiest path to the beach on foot, so we were prepared on our first day. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook or grill at home (which we did twice). When it was time to leave, Florence not only took us to the train station but also returned in the pouring rain because we forgot my daughter's lovey! Thank you for everything!

Clean and well-equipped accommodation.

Comfortable studio, with private access directly from the living room to the heated pool and jacuzzi, private terrace accessible from the bay window of the pool so very convenient. The sofa bed and pillows were very comfortable. Equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, kettle, cup, cutlery, spices, etc.). We enjoyed the fresh fruit juices at breakfast. Madison's company, the adorable dog, was pleasant. Nathalie was very warm and friendly. Thank you very much. We leave relaxed.

A real favorite! The cottage is better in real life than in the photos. We had a great time, thanks largely to Dorothée and Laurent, warm, caring and extremely kind hosts. We were lucky enough to enjoy a great time which allowed us to fully enjoy the pool. A perfect place to relax and rest. Thanks again for our wonderful welcome! We had a great stay for a long weekend (family with 2 children). The studio is convenient to access, well-equipped, pleasantly furnished and decorated, the bedding is comfortable. Great pleasure to have sea view and direct access to the beaches. The schedules were quite broad, which allowed us to make the most of it. Thank you Marielle for your hospitality and your rental!

We had a pleasant family weekend in this beautiful house. The house is spacious and in line with the description. The services offered (swimming pool, games room, jacuzzi...) delight both young and old. Thanks to Stéphane for hosting us and for being available. Marie is a great host, understanding, caring, very responsive. We arrived late at our accommodation. At 10 p.m., Marie was able to make herself helpful and available to help us get into the accommodation. Concerned about our well-being, she provided the necessary equipment to make us comfortable with our 2-month-old baby and 3-year-old daughter. Everything is thought out in the accommodation, we didn't miss anything. It was really nice, clean, quiet, 5 min walk to the sea, 2 km from the village where the atmosphere is very nice at the end of the day, where the markets are rich and friendly. A warm and authentic home where it's good to gather as a family. A spacious kitchen with large countertops and a well-appointed living room for convivial moments. The environment of the marsh is peaceful and the view is really beautiful from the very well kept garden.

Very clean, quiet and relaxing accommodation. I think it's only for two travelers. Shower a little small (70X70) but otherwise everything is perfect. Well-equipped and good location. Vincent was very kind to us during the welcome and he was accommodating about the time of our arrival. His explanations were perfect. The accommodation has a cellar where there are two bicycles available. Private parking space. Store and restaurant, everything is nearby. There are very beautiful walks to do along the coast and the region is very pretty. We would recommend this listing.

We extended very nice...lots of luck with the weather in addition! The walk to the GR34 side is beautiful, especially at sunset. Very well located for a walk in Guérande, La Baule, Piriac-sur-mer, and all the other seaside resorts in the region. Gite matches the photos and description, warm, well decorated and very well-equipped. Friendly welcome by Val and it's always nice to have little touches on arrival...very good lemon cake 😋 Good interaction with Gwen, who was later met. A special dedication, following Val's recommendations, for a restaurant "L 'amour à la plage" 7 minutes by car, taken over in April, with a veranda open to the beach and the sea...and "house" kitchen! A nice parenthesis...

Thank you for this very pleasant stay in your very nice house! The house is perfectly located, quiet but very close to the center. We feel particularly good there. There's everything you need to stay there for a weekend. It would have been perfect if there had been sheets on site (complicated to bring sheets on a weekend). Thanks!

A beautiful stay in this accommodation, fully equipped! Ideal location, close to the seaside and only about ten minutes from the center, enough to do everything on foot! I recommend it!

Stay with long-time friends. There were 10 of us and we enjoyed this house full of life. Very well equipped with dishes. In addition, the weather was pleasant overall. Thank you Muriel for allowing us to enjoy this charming place 10 minutes' walk from the waterfront. The garden is natural and the ping pong table allowed us to play fierce games. We will be happy to come back on the occasion.
