We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

You'll be captivated by its breathtaking view of the 12th-century Palace of the Dukes of Aquitaine and its view of the medieval town center. Everything you need for an ideal stay will be provided and we will be happy to accommodate your needs at any time! Please note, it is located on the 4th floor (the view and brightness come at a price...), and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Come and discover this peaceful accommodation, in the historic center. The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a small quiet street between the river and the city center. You will have a parking space, a spacious living room with sofa bed, TV, kitchen. In the other room, a bedroom with a double bed of 140. A laundry room to do your laundry, store your suitcases and other items. There is also a bathroom with shower and sink. Linens are offered at an additional cost.

I offer you a recent, quiet and elegant duplex apartment that is totally individual, access is autonomous through the garden of my house. The neighborhood offers the A10, the Futuroscope, the Arena or the historic city of Poitiers within a 10-minute drive... Bus stop (Le Relais) 100 meters from the subdivision. Châtellerault can be reached in 25 minutes. Great for a business stay, a couple on a weekend at the Futuroscope or for an event at the Arena...

It is a very quiet place, surrounded by greenery and located by the river. The department of Vienna is rich in tourist sites. The apartment is cozy and completely redone with nice amenities. The owners will be there to greet hosts.
