One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

During the summer, whether you are hiking or biking, you can start and tackle one of the many great outings possible in our uncontaminated Valley.

An attic, in a 17th-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with fireplace and large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. The house is located in the centre of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia, on the main road, near the ski lifts (Gardenaccia 3 minutes and Piz La Villa 10 minutes) and near the main hiking trails. The apartment, recently renovated, is on the first floor and the rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Fully equipped to spend a pleasant holiday in every season, in the heart of the World Heritage Site.

The house is located in the center of La Villa, 150 meters from the Gardenaccia ski lifts that connect with the entire Dolomiti Superski area and an ideal starting point for summer hiking and cycling. The apartment is on the ground floor, surrounded by a garden and has a separate entrance. You can easily reach the main services such as ski rental, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. even without using the car.

The 70m² vacation apartment Comfort La Mana is located in St. Christina in Gröden/Santa Cristina Valgardena, a town in beautiful South Tyrol. The apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 4 people. The apartment also features Wi-Fi and satellite television. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available.

The bedroom (with double bed) is cosy and spacious; however, if you should need extra sleeping, the comfortable sofa bed is ready for two more people in the living room!
