An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The house is located in the center of La Villa, 150 meters from the Gardenaccia ski lifts that connect with the entire Dolomiti Superski area and an ideal starting point for summer hiking and cycling. The apartment is on the ground floor, surrounded by a garden and has a separate entrance. You can easily reach the main services such as ski rental, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. even without using the car.
