Accommodation made of larch and pine wood with a double bed made of solid wood, under which there is a space for storing clothes and belongings. Bed linen provided, heating and electrical outlets. Small porch outside. Shared external bathroom (approx. 50m away), parking space approx. 100m away. Free Wi-Fi. Hairdryer available at the reception on request. ONLY one small-sized dog under 10kg allowed.

10 min from Lago di Braies

The apartment is located 2 km from the village center of Monguelfo, within a recently renovated old farmhouse. In the winter, it is a great location for cross-country and downhill skiing enthusiasts. 5 minutes from the Val di Casies loop and the Nordic Arena in Dobbiaco. 15 minutes from the ski lifts of Plan de Corones and Sesto Tre Cime di Lavaredo. In 10 minutes you will reach Lago di Braies and Dobbiaco, in 15 minutes San Candido and Valdaora, and in 20 minutes Brunico.

La Vecchia Casa di Similde is located in a historic building in Val di Fassa, a short walk from the main ski lifts and trails. The main amenities are within walking distance. The apartment has excellent exposure that makes it bright all year round with enchanting views of the Dolomites. The large size allows you to comfortably accommodate 6 people. Cellar available. The house is located in the centre of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia, on the main road, near the ski lifts (Gardenaccia 3 minutes and Piz La Villa 10 minutes) and near the main hiking trails. The apartment, recently renovated, is on the first floor and the rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Fully equipped to spend a pleasant holiday in every season, in the heart of the World Heritage Site.

The house is located in the center of La Villa, 150 meters from the Gardenaccia ski lifts that connect with the entire Dolomiti Superski area and an ideal starting point for summer hiking and cycling. The apartment is on the ground floor, surrounded by a garden and has a separate entrance. You can easily reach the main services such as ski rental, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. even without using the car.
