The most beautiful home on a beautiful block in a beautiful neighborhood. Local recommendations were wonderful, and the people were friendly and kind. The home is lovely—well cared for, well put together, and perfect for a getaway. Exactly how you want to live while you travel. The private patio is ideal, the home feels secure and well-lit, and the kitchen is fully stocked for those who prefer to cook.

We stayed at this beautiful home for our daughter's college graduation. The property offered a peaceful place for us to unwind each evening after days full of graduation activities. Lori was a sweet heart and very accommodating. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend this property.

Michael and the other hosts were extremely welcoming, helpful and responsive to any questions I had before, during and after the stay. Would recommend the location, walkable to many restaurants, easy Waymo or Rideshare pickup, and a very secure area all around. If I ever make it back to L.A., I hope to book my stay here again!

We had the most amazing stay in Nina’s casita! The location was perfect, quiet while still being central. The private parking was safe and easy. The home itself was absolutely lovely, with two very comfy beds, and a foldout that was fairly comfortable. Nina stocked the kitchen with water bottles, there was an ice machine, and plenty of tea and little amenities. There was a good stock of pillows, extra blankets, and towels, and the AC worked amazingly. I would absolutely stay here again! Nina was so lovely and kind as a host, and the space was absolutely perfect. So grateful to have found this gem of a place to stay!

Javier’s place was amazing. I was skeptical about doing the whole guest house thing but honestly I couldn’t tell the difference! Will definitely be staying again when I come back to LA.

We had a great stay at this home! The location is excellent — everything we needed was close by, and having SoFi Stadium just down the street made getting to a game super convenient. The house itself was very clean, well-stocked with amenities, and felt comfortable and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the host was friendly and responsive to any questions we had. We drove in from El Paso to visit family, and this spot ended up being the perfect home base. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Michael’s place was the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed at. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Los Angeles. The house is up on a hill, so you have an amazing view of LA. His place is very clean, and the beds are super comfortable! I also loved the unique design of the house; it is architecturally stunning.

The neighborhood of Cynthia's place was quaint and just what we needed. Close enough to the hot spots of LA but far away from the noise. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the airbnb - especially having breakfast at the living room which looked out the big windows. There was also a big patio - too bad we didn't too much advantage of it. This property was our family's favourite in their entire trip to California. The place is exactly what it looks like. It's gorgeous, well-maintained and walking distance from the beach. It has plenty of amenities too. If you plan to cook your own food, you might have to drive a little or door dash your groceries. We really enjoyed our stay!

We LOVED LOVED LOVED Elizabeth’s place soooooo much!!! We were completely wow’s by her accommodation & hosting. She brought us extra fruit on top of providing us with breakfast with all fixings you could possibly ask for our entire trip. Her coffee was delicious & the tea selection was incredible. She even left us a cooler of drinks & delicious snacks after we went to the football game nearby at the Rose Bowl. My girlfriend & I have stayed at over one-hundred Airbnbs combined & Elizabeth was by far the best host we have ever had. We felt so at home with her lovely decor, comfortable amenities, & safe surroundings. This was an airbnb experience we will always cherish & never forget. We hope to be back soon. Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was the third stay at Clarissa's place for my husband and me. The location works well for us as it's near our son and his family. We also appreciate that we can bring our dog along. As always, the unit was clean and everything was as described.

Peaceful location on the Venice canals. Sweet little place with an adorable kitchen. Everything you need for a nice getaway. Bed was comfortable. Very walkable along the lovely canals and close to beach and restaurants. Host was very responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here again!

I came for my birthday with my family, and Tiffany went over and beyond with decorations for my birthday!! She was responsive, checking in every morning with new recommendations (which proved to be very useful- LA can really back up with wait times) Really grateful we found Tiffany and I look forward to booking again.

Met Tom upon arrival; he provided instructions as to where to park at another place that he owns about 100 yards north of his AirBnB. He stood around and chatted with us for about 10 minutes, offering some places to check out in the area where one could walk. There is a wonderful garden outside his AirBnB in the backyard. The garden had beautiful and fragrant rose bushes that were a hybrid developed at the Huntington Botanical Gardens in San Marino. We ate breakfast out there numerous times; it was peaceful and quiet for a city location. The inside of the unit was very clean and cozy. The bedroom had plenty of space to store our clothing and accessories and the bed was very comfortable and linens were fresh. Kitchen is small, but it worked well for us. We had dinner there on one night and breakfast there on most mornings over the six nights that we stayed. My wife and I would definitely return and stay at Tom’s place again.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this cozy Airbnb in a very nice and convenient part of Santa Monica. The space is thoughtfully designed and makes excellent use of every corner — even including all types of phone charging connectors, which was a great touch for travelers. The backyard is beautifully decorated, and we really enjoyed having breakfast out there both mornings. Smitha was a fantastic host — very communicative and welcoming. She even shared some fresh fruit with us, which was such a kind gesture.

Giselle and Ali are amazing hosts and we always enjoy our stay in their beautiful unit :) We’d definitely visit again soon!

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

This place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Beach access was also great to have very close by! It was great being able to fall asleep with the sound of the waves! Amazing air bnb to stay at!

We had a great stay! The apartment was lovely and comfortable. It was near to places and people that we wanted to see while there. Cynthia was a very helpful and friendly host!

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

Cara was very helpful when I had questions and she went out of her way to accomodate me. E.g. I mentioned that it would be nice to have a little table next to the outside chair to hold my coffee and it magically appeared a couple of days later, which was very sweet. I think the windows need repair because they were difficult to open and close but they are working on it! Luckily Santa Monica is fairly cool and breezy so AC is not needed.

I had an incredible extended stay at Adam's place! It was very clean, quiet and in a great location. I was so happy and I highly recommend staying there. Adam was very responsive and I didn't have one issue!
