There is a double bed made of 2 simple beds in one room, in the walk-through the room there are 2 simple beds and a sofa bed, in the living room there is also a sofa bed. New kitchen with gas stove. There is a large garden for the house that is surrounded by forests and fields with horses. There are several good routes in the area to go for a walk and, for example, look at Tang roofed houses and wildlife on the beach meadows. Vegetables and eggs can be purchased depending on the season.

The windows have been scraped off for paint and repainted with linseed paint. We have preserved so much of the old from the house and reused kitchen cabinets, benches and panels from Vesterø church, etc. The former owner's things are also reused, especially pictures. The apartment is centrally located in the old part of Sæby on the ground floor of this beautiful house right between the harbor and the city. With a sofa bed, there is the possibility of up to 4 sleeping places in the apartment. There is also a private parking space attached to the apartment.

Nice Swedish wooden house, on a large plot. There is a nice outdoor kitchen with barbecue and sink. There is a solar heated outdoor shower. For the house there are bikes. 1 tandem, 2 MTB 2 men's bikes and 1 women's bike + bike trailer. 2 pcs sit up top kayaks. There is a double bedroom, a room with a 3/4 bed, and a room with a bunk bed where one bed is a small double . There is also a large loft. Shelter in the garden for sleeping outside. You pay 3 kr per KW in electricity. Guests provide cleaning themselves before leaving the house.
