The large, bright 3.5 room apartment (85 m²) is located on the top floor of an apartment building (built in 2016) and can be booked as a vacation apartment starting in summer 2021. The valley is perfect for hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, climbing, cycling, and discovering mountain huts, rivers, alpine lakes and local farms.

The house was newly built. The apartment is furnished in Alpine style. Various details are made with old wood, which makes the apartment unique and homely. The apartment has a very spacious entrance area, where electric grill and deck chairs are available for a cozy stay. The bedroom has a box-spring bed and wardrobe. The bathroom/toilet has a shower and sink with generous storage space. The washing machine can be used free of charge.

A place to relax and enjoy the tranquility. Maiensäss REFUGI in Con Sut / Val Sumvitg for rent on a weekly basis. The Maiensäss can be reached by car up to about 500 m. (Driving permit must be obtained.) From the hamlet of Val it is about 45-minute walk away. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. The Maiensäss can be rented weekly. Individual requests are also possible.
