Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Laguna Beach

David’s condo is in an incredible and safe location convenient to everything. I recently traveled to Panama City beach with my daughters for a music festival and stayed here a few nights. We arrived late at night and David was thoughtful enough to have the sofa bed made up and left lights on for us. We especially enjoyed the binder of local recommendations with notes, directions, and photos- we checked out the popular donut shop nearby. I was pleasantly surprised to have snacks and refreshments left for us on the counter, plenty of ice, seasonings, and a fully stocked kitchen to use. There were plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, wash cloths, and extra shampoo/conditioner/body wash products to use in case you forgot something. You truly only need to bring your belongings and groceries to enjoy your time here. The pool and spa were even closer out the back door than the photos show, and were rarely occupied. We would stay again and appreciated David’s hospitality.

BEAUTIFUL condo with second to none views of the Gulf. Unit was clean, comfy, homey, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Alex is a wonderful host. 10/10 recommend booking.

Beautiful and clean condo. Exactly as described. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is very helpful. Easy check and check out. This condo gives wonderful ocean views and loved the lounger out on the deck. Kitchen is full of many utensils etc. Location wise, not a lot of restaurants in direct walking distance. Bike rental's available and we drove too. Not too far of a drive though to different restaurants and yummy food. There are several stairs that you walk down for the beach access. We usually bring a beach wagon but with the stairs we just left the wagon in the car and chose to carry items. Overall, we rated the condo 5/5 and it was a great trip for our one year anniversary. Thanks again to the hosts!

We had a PHENOMENAL stay in the Pelicans Nest. Endless amenities, beautiful place, super cold AC and lots of peace and quiet! Already planning our next stay at one of Chucks many properties! Can’t recommend enough!! 10/10. Thank you Chuck for allowing us to enjoy your property and providing the best service and the cleanest place to stay!

Couldn't be happier with our stay! Lovely place to stay while visiting the beach. The place was perfectly clean, very easy to find, and both the bed and pull out bed were comfortable. Plus the front yard is absolutely GORGEOUS! If we come back to Panama city and this place is available we will definitely stay again

We had a great stay at Will’s place. The location is convenient to the beach and restaurants. The place was decorated well with everything we needed to feel comfortable as a family of four. They provided beach chairs and sand toys which we made use of. Overall this place exceeded my expectations and I’d definitely stay here again.

Great place! We loved the convenience of getting to and from the beach and access to the pools. The elevators are super fast! The security at the building is top notch and made us feel safe. The beds are comfy and having a sand wagon with umbrella and beach chairs was a nice plus!

We had a great stay with our family of 5. Our children are in their teens and 20s, so basically 5 adults. We had plenty of room and everything was very clean and comfortable. It was an easy walk to the beach and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a nice retreat for my team & myself. Only 7 minutes to our studio which we had to arrive at 5AM (none of us are morning people) for a TV segment. When we were done, we went back and napped until the cleaners came. The cleaning crew was also very, very nice. It was a great place to stay and allowed some team bonding for my management team. Thank you Cody for being flexible with us! We enjoyed the stay very much and will probably book again for our next in-person management team meeting.

Better than the photos! It was so spacious and had everything we needed. We felt right at home. The AC was nice and cold and the theme of the home was splendid. Would most definetely book again! The beach chairs and the distance to the beach was just as described. Thank you for such a memorable experience from our huge family and I. <3

The property was perfect for our family's getaway . The house is a spacious 4 bedroom and allowed plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The living and dining area were large and allowed for comfortable times together without being crowded. We had 3 children 9-13 and several sets of older grandparents. The one story was fabulous in being able to accommodate any and all mobilities of our family. The outdoor pool area was fabulous! Our children spent hours in the pool and the large covered area allowed for comfortable places to sit and watch the kids play. One of the best features is the location to the beach. You just have to walk out the front door, and cross the street and you are at a public beach entrance. You can be in the water within 3 minutes. The outdoor shower was perfect to get rid of sand. We loved that it was also on the quieter west end of PCB so not alot of noise and traffic. Overall it was our favorite beach vacation house. Already looking to book again.

Me and the other half had a wonderful stay! We really liked that it wasn’t super busy people wise as well with it being a condo building and not a crazy busy resort. Our room was absolutely beautiful and it is completely renovated just like the pictures, would definitely come back!!!

I can not say enough good about Wendy and her home to do her justice. Everything was absolutely beautiful! Wendy’s home is very clean and well stocked with anything you need. The beds are very comfy and the rest of the home is cozy as well. We felt right at home. The pictures are exactly what you get. The yard is well maintained and very private. I am very picky when it comes to where my grandchildren stay. However, I would definitely stay here again. Wendy was very responsive and kind. She even checked on us during our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. 10/10 recommend! Best host ever!

We had a great stay! The place was spotless, and the host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, yet very peaceful and relaxing. We loved having access to the golf cart, which made trips to the beach super easy. The beach itself was beautiful and was never crowded, which was a huge plus. The home is also very family-friendly. Our kids had a blast at the pool, and as parents of a baby under one year old, we really appreciated how well-equipped the place was—it made things so much easier. You had all your beach necessities there as well! We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! Even though we booked last minute, Elizabeth was incredibly accommodating and responsive, answering all of our questions right away. The early check-in was a huge bonus, and the process was so smooth it allowed us to fully enjoy our short stay without any hassle. I had read a lot about potential elevator issues, but to our surprise, there were minimal wait times and we had no trouble coming or going. The condo looked exactly as described, and the view was absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway.

Had a great stay at Amy's Seamist condo. The view from the balcony right on the beach can't be beat, the condo was nice and comfortable, in great condition. The beach was not crowded at all (rare for 30A), and having a beach setup come with the rental automatically was very nice. Amy was very communicative and accommodating. We will absolutely stay there again.

We're so happy that we got to spend a week at Jalina's listing! It's such a great spot! You can walk, or bicycle as far as you want to explore. So much to see and do up and down 30A. It really is a hidden gem. You're right in the middle of Rosemary, Aly, and Seacrest. If it's available for the days you're trying to travel, just go ahead and book it! This place was absolutely breathtaking!! Eric was a wonderful host! It was everything and more than we expected!! Great for our whole family! The place was clean, and comfy!! We will definitely be renting again next year!

The apartment was great and exactly what we were looking for. Clean, new, baby friendly and the location was perfect with so much to do right outside! Walkable to nearby beaches & pavilions. Communication was also amazing, providing local recommendations and very easy to get in touch with.

This was a great place to stay. It was near a lot of fun activities but still private as well. We enjoyed the chair service everyday and thought this beach area was the most beautiful (we,ve stayed all over this Florida coast). We will definitely come back!
