The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Especially for fitters or business travelers who want to be alone for themselves and detached from a hotel. The apartment is in the park of the former Haus Patmos and the German Tent Mission. The house has the name "zu den Bergen" [to the mountains] and was built by the founder of dzm and so called. The hotel, which is also located on the premises, is not connected to the Berghaus.

It consists of a living-dining room with oven, a small kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a small bathroom with shower and window, and a reading room. This includes a small terrace with marquise and a 500 sqm garden. It's not completely fenced! Adjacent is a large nature reserve, which adjoins the forest. It is located in a small village, the forest is 150 meters away.
