Centrally located in the historic center. Quiet, and bright. Note: Apt. is on the third floor (no elevator!). The 2 bedrooms are each at the end of the hallway. Well equipped eat-in kitchen. Sights, restaurants, and wine bars are very close. The pier on the Rhine is a few minutes walk away. Parking along the city wall by the highway. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (for 2 people each). In the living room there is also a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional 2 people.

Über den angrenzenden Balkon besteht ein direkter Blick auf den Rhein, die Burg Maus und die Burg Rheinfels. Die Küche, sowie das Bad und Gäste-WC sind voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben einer Schlafcouch auch ein Smart-TV.

Our modern apartment has a very central location. In a few minutes you can reach the city center or shops serving everyday needs as well as the train station. The apartment has about 90m² of a kitchen, a dining area, a spacious living room as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with rain shower and freestanding bathtub. The garden invites you to sunbathe and relax. The fireplace is out of order, but it is nice and warm due to the underfloor heating.

This apartment can accommodate a family with 1-3 children. There is 1 double bed (160x200 cm), 1 bunk bed (80x200 cm), 1 single bed (80x200 cm) incl. Bed linen. The bathroom with a shower , hand - and shower towels are provided. The kitchenette is well equipped with 2-plate ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave with barbecue, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery and glassware. There is free parking at the house. Not for pets.

We are a house community and there is a lot of life under our roof - 9 people, 3 cats as well as a dog share the grounds. The old mansion was formerly part of the turn-of-the-century factory next door. For a good 10 years, we have been living and working together in the house and look forward to welcoming you as our guests.

The property is located in Koblenz Metternich. The city center is 4.5 km away. Bus stop is out and about. Supermarkets (5 min) , a bank (5 min), a pharmacy (20 sec), the Bundeswehr Central Hospital BWZK (7 min) and the University of Koblenz (2 min) are within walking distance. Parking is available on request right in front of the house. Free also in the side streets.
