Monthly Rentals in Lake Washington

Lori’s place was AMAZING!!! She was extremely helpful and always responded quickly. The place was beautiful inside and out! The area is also very walkable, safe, and quiet. This location was a quick 8-10 min drive to the university of Washington which was perfect for my visit for school. I especially appreciated the laundry facilities so I didn’t have to worry about extra chores once I got home! I will absolutely be staying at Lori’s place again and would recommend to anyone coming to the Seattle area!

This little studio has all your basic needs covered—a big comfy bed, a small desk you can do work on, some clothing shelves, a basic “kitchen” space, and a bathroom with shower & bath. It sits behind the garage, which is detached from the main house, and is right next to bus stops for the 65, which connect you to UW (and downtown by transfer). I enjoyed my time there, particularly walking around the neighborhood, which is quiet and peaceful with lots of trees. Not far away are a pub, a convenience store, some cafes, and a laundromat. I did not have much interaction with the hosts, but they were responsive and helpful over the Airbnb chat. My only minor complaint is some traffic noise from the street nearby (cars & buses) and the occasional garage door opening or closing. Would stay again if I’m in that area!

Great location, quiet and central to lots of activities! Our family of four were very comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. My daughter especially liked playing dominoes in the evenings after a day out exploring. Our hosts were very accommodating and communicated with us very well and assisted with any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely stay here on any future trips to Seattle!

My parter and I live in airbnb's year-round and this was one of our all-time favorites. It was incredible to be right on the lake and to take morning walks around it. The apartment is comfortable and well laid out, not too cold like another review says. We used the open loft/second bedroom as an office which worked out great. It was also really nice to have access to the gym and sauna. Easy access to both Redmond and Bellevue, and downtown Seattle was only a 30min drive away. John and Van were great hosts and I can for sure recommend this apartment.
