Not only the apartment, but also the location is a dream - a few minutes walk from the center and the cable cars and yet in absolute peace and quiet, raised above the roofs of Zell am See with spectacular lake and mountain views. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

The house is located on the north shore of Lake Zell and is two stories high. On the first floor is a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen with large dining area and access to the covered terrace. In addition, there is a bedroom and a toilet. In the basement there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a toilet. The lake is a 5-minute walk. The center of Zell am See is 1.5 km away. Breakfast service is available on request!

You will enjoy the private location, the fantastic views of the lake, and the mountain panorama of this internationally known vacation destination in the heart of Europe. From May, 15 to October 15, the "Zell am See Kaprun summer/mobility card" is included in the price which provides you all kind of activities, like natural attractions and sightseeing.

Tauernwelt The AlpenNatur Chalet

Our newly built AlpenNatur Chalet is an exclusive vacation home built from local natural materials such as old wood, Swiss pine wood and natural stone. Directly on the Tauern cycling path with views of the Areitbahn mountain station and the surrounding nature, you will find the perfect getaway here. A freestanding bathtub and our Swiss pine sauna are certainly among the things that are not so easily found elsewhere.

The apartment is located in the city center - within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, city gondola for skiing and hiking. Unfortunately, there is no fixed parking space at the house - a parking space in the public garage can be rented for €15/24 hours, as of April 2025.
