Monthly Rentals in Laki

We loved our stay at Maddis cottages. The studio felt more spacious than it appeared in pictures. We had plenty of room to relax and keep our luggage organized. The cottage felt up to date and very clean. These were the best black out curtains we had on our trip, which made for a very restful summer sleep with the midnight sun. All in all a beautiful location, wonderful spot to explore the south coast, and very modern and clean. I will be recommending this spot to friends the most of all the locations I stayed in Iceland.

The host greeted us when we checked in, very lovely lady! The place was cosy, spacious and clean. We got a great view from the window overlooking the mountain. Great kitchen amenities and the shared spaces was sufficient. Amazing location as there is a nearby waterfall which parking is free and an incredible canyon hike about 25 mins walk from the accommodation. Highly recommend this place if you’re doing South Iceland or doing a road trip around the Ring Road!

This place is the perfect getaway to relax, enjoy nature, go for a walk or better idea there are bicycle rentals with breathtaking views! It is better than a postcard! In less than 10 minutes you have great restaurants. If you have kids, there are playgrounds nearby. We loved the place we would definitely come back!!

Perfect home base for exploring the south coast. Extremely comfortable and well-designed (the rain shower and bed were luxurious). Beautiful, quiet location. Agusta was very communicative and helpful. Would recommend!
