Minutes from downtown- an easy bike ride/walk (1.5 m), one block from the Fern Ridge bike path, and 3 miles from the UofO campus. Just over the hill heads to the wineries. There is WiFi and a smart TV. We are within 10 min walk to a major grocery store and an Asian mkt is 4 blks. Several restaurants and Espresso/pastry close as well

Studio 88 is a high-end studio apt. just 3 blocks from campus in the area’s best UofO neighborhood. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe and quiet. It is an entirely separate 400sf living space with complete privacy. There is a King bed with high-end luxury mattress, full kitchen and private outdoor space. There is no carpet and we clean all counter and other such surfaces with disinfectant for each guest. Great restaurant options are just a short walk away. We do not allow dogs (sorry).

Less than a five minute drive to the Spencer Butte Trailhead which offers fantastic views of our city as well as the countryside. You will need to be able to negotiate stairs along the house to access your private entrance.
