Fiona’s place is the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! We loved the cool furnitures and decorations. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom and the kitchen were clean and easy to use. We appreciated the air conditioning since we visited Eugene in summer. We were able to walk to the Amtrak station and downtown in 10-15 minutes. We were visiting to celebrate my graduation, and Fiona left a kind congratulatory message on a notebook with some graduation decorations - what a thoughtful host :) We would love to stay this place again!

Tranquil and beautiful property. The house is super quiet and yet very close to the University. The adjoining park is a great area to walk.

Beautifully unique home in a peaceful hilltop neighborhood full of trees and wildlife, only a 10 minute drive from the heart of Eugene. My entire family felt comfortable and at home here. And BeeBee may be the most attentive and thoughtful host we’ve had on Airbnb. This was truly a restful and restorative sanctuary.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The place matches what the pictures are. It was clean, comfortable and, although we did not cook, the kitchen was well equipped. The best part was Ardyn, our host. She was very responsive and friendly. At one time, when we requested extra Klennex because a couple of our family members had bad allergies, she showed up at our door with a box of tissues, and with allergy medication! We will definitely consider staying at this place next time we visit Eugene again.

Peter and Kathy’s home was the perfect family getaway! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The house was spotless, beautifully stocked with snacks, sweet treats, popcorn, and even homemade jelly. Our kids loved the in-home theater—it felt like our own private cinema! The space was roomy enough for our family of eight, with plenty of areas to relax, read, or play games. We especially loved the wide selection of books for all ages and reading by the peaceful koi pond and waterfall. The location was ideal—quiet and away from the chaos of town, with space to walk, breathe, and enjoy nature. Every detail, from the cozy beds to the thoughtful amenities, made it feel like home. Peter and Kathy are truly five-star hosts who go above and beyond. Thank you for giving our family a beautiful place to reconnect, rest, and make lasting memories. We can't wait to return!

This house is truly a sanctuary. The pictures do not do it justice. It's spacious, peaceful, and relaxing. We were in town for my son's track meet and this was such a lovely home to come back to at night for some peace and quiet. BeeBee was extremely accommodating and responsive, and even left us some drinks and treats to start out with. The home is equipped with everything you need. The outdoor spaces are lovely and we were visited by wild turkeys, deer, and lots of birds. We hope to return in future years.
