Untidy home with private entrance. The buses on Ærø are free and go right outside the door. Located in the middle of Ærøskøbing and Søby. There are no common areas, as guests have access to the room, bathroom and kitchen for light cooking, dining area as well as outdoor dining area alone. The kitchen for easier cooking contains a hob with associated pots and a pan as well as an air fryer.

I hjertet af svanninge ligger den gamle smedje, som har været aktiv fra 1490 og indtil 2003. Den gamle stald hvor hestene blev skoet og høloftet blev i 2003 kontor til elektriker virksomhed. I 2022 er det hele blevet omdannet til en 110 kwm stor ferielejlighed med nyt køkken og bad.
