The townhouse is just up the city park and a few minutes walk from the pedestrian street, supermarkets and the harbor.

The area offers Langeland's Fort, wild horses, stone cairns, Bronze Age mounds, and just 400 meters from the house is Langeland's Golf Course or Langeland's Lystfiskersø.
