On the ground floor there is a kitchen, bathroom with shower and large living room. There is a possibility of sleeping space in the living room (sofa bed) Exit to south-facing enclosed garden with terrace and small lawn. Parking in front of the house on a quiet street.

The house is one of the smallest townhouses in Marstal, with its 21 sqm in floor plan, but the house has a good ceiling height and a really good use of the space, which gives the feeling of good space. The house also has a conservatory and a lovely little courtyard. The townhouse is located 40 meters from the pedestrian street, 250 meters from the harbor, and a little kilometer from the lovely beach by the beautiful bathhouses.

Lovely little fisherman's house located right by Sønderrenden, the most idyllic place in Marstal. Marstal is a cozy town with shopping, cafes, and restaurants. The house is located right by the harbor, 437 yards (400 meters) from one of Denmark's best beaches, and close to the Marstal Maritime Museum, Motorfabrikken Marstal, and great playgrounds. The house is suitable for a couple or a small family. 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. It's an old fisherman's house with all the charm that comes with it. Bring towels.

Townhouse in the heart of Svendborg

Towels and bed linen are included in the price. Cleaning and replacement of bed linen is included in the price. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. The home is therefore best suited for a maximum of two adults and one child. Three adults can sleep in the space, as long as they're aware it's not closed between the two bedrooms. The house is a duplex, where a door in the kitchen separates the two residences. There is no window in the toilet/bath. The door to the toilet/bathroom must therefore be left open after use.

In 2024, we bought our dream townhouse in Marstal on Ærø! Ærø is so cozy and quiet and we really want to share that with others. Here you can really disconnect and get into a holiday pace that cannot be found in many other places. There is plenty to experience on the island. Whether you're into kayaking, hiking, beach or museum visits. We are happy to give you tips for day trips :) The house can accommodate 6 people. NOTE: From June 1 to September 1, Ærøskøbing is closed to cars. You can park two minutes from the house - free of charge and with no time limit.
