Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! Hallo lieber Urlauber, wir bieten eine Ferienwohnung in dem schönen Langenargen an. Sie befindet sich ca.100m vom Bodensee entfernt, dies sind ca. 2 Gehminuten zu Fuß. Der Stadtkern mit einigen Restaurants, Cafés und Sehenswürdigkeiten ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem guten Zustand und befindet sich im 2.OG. Das Haus wurde 1974 erbaut, was sich auch im Design widerspiegelt -> Bad und WC sind echt Vintage :)

Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Um die traumhafte Gegend zu erkunden stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung.
