Ideal zum kochen, wohnen und entspannen. Auch eine Terrasse ist vom Wohnzimmer ebenerdig angelegt. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt auf dem eigenen Parkplatz vor dem Eingang. Weitere Parkplätze gibt es entlang der Straße.
