Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Las Negras

La casa es muy bonita y con todas las comodidades. Las estancias son amplias y el patio una delicia poder disfrutarlo. Volvería a quedarme aquí sin dudarlo.

Our stay in Javier's big studio was eventful with the tail end of a gale bowing outside - we could hardly walk down the street. Be aware that in January there was not much open but Javier directed us to a couple of good ones and also to some interesting botanical gardens. He was responsive and friendly throughout.

Der Check-in und Check-out war sehr einfach, freundlich. Die Nähe zum Meer ist toll. Der kleine Pool war auch im Oktober angenehm warm.

Nuestra estancia fue simplemente maravillosa. Desde el primer momento, Carmen estuvo siempre disponible y atenta por teléfono, y nos recibió puntualmente con una actitud muy amable y cercana. Nos explicó todo sobre la casa con claridad y calidez, lo que nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el principio. El alojamiento es fantástico, cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle, con una limpieza impecable. No le falta absolutamente nada: está completamente equipado con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Además, la ubicación es ideal, en un entorno muy tranquilo y solo a 3 minutos del pueblo. Sin duda, un lugar al que nos encantaría volver.

The house was lovely and the view is beautiful the outside space and pool are small but was perfect for my husband and i . Very clean and a great base to explore the area from would definitely recommend.

De lujo con lo sencillo. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable y disfrutar del entorno que es una maravilla, con unas vistas preciosas. Un pueblito cercano y de fácil acceso a todo lo bonito que hay por ver. A escasos 3 km tienes Las Negras para hacer compras, tomar algo en la misma playa y restaurantes donde comer. A 4-5 km tienes el playazo y la cala del Cuervo, a las que puedes ir andando por un bonito camino. Cabo de Gata y La Playa de los muertos están a 30 minutos. Y a 20 minutos en San Isidro de Níjar tienes supermercados grandes. Isaac ha sido muy amable y atento en todo momento a lo que necesitaras. No lo dudes, si buscas sencillez pero a cambio lo que ya es difícil encontrar, es tu sitio. Ah, y con unas vistas preciosas.

Maravillosa estancia en una casa preciosa, moderna y cuidada al más nimio detalle. Pilar atenta y encantadora. Destaca su ubicación frente al mar en el mismo paseo marítimo.

El apartamento es fiel a la descripción , es pequeño pero está muy bien aprovechado, no le falta detalle, limpio y cómodo. Nosotros lo utilizamos como centro para conocer cabo de gata y Almería. El coche es imprescindible. Le daría un 10 si la piscina de la urbanización hubiera estado abierta.

Great place, close to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need. Everything is quite new. We were two people, while the place is designed for up to 7 persons, but we think 5 would be the limit.

We'd stayed there before, and I hope we'll stay there again.

El piso de Jose Luis está muy bien para familias. Tiene 3 habitaciones espaciosas y un baño. La lavadora/secadora funciona de maravilla! La ubicación es un poco difícil de encontrar, así que recomiendo que se llegue a la casa durante el día. Pero una vez allí, es muy bonito y tranquilo.

This summer, we reserved Cortijo Levante for a large group and had a fantastic vacation. The cortijo and its cottages are tastefully decorated and meticulously maintained. Our expectations were really fulfilled. The location is secluded and peaceful, perfectly equipped for enjoying quality time with loved ones. From the thoughtful welcome gift to the kindness, helpfulness of the team and the fully equipped kitchen, every detail was appreciated. The beauty of the place—especially after the sunset—made our stay unforgettable. The well-maintained spaces and lush vegetation create a magical atmosphere. Hemos pasado unos días geniales en la casa y Petra como anfitriona ha sido un 10, siempre atenta y dispuesta a resolvernos y atender cualquier duda, incidencia o petición que nos iba surgiendo. Repetiríamos sin duda el próximo verano!

A perfect location within a very short walk of the beach, shops, supermarket, good restaurants and bars. Villa is well stocked and very child friendly with plenty of pool toys. Pool is a good size, warmed up nicely and very well maintained as we saw pool maintenance a number of times. Villa is clean, with plenty of space for a family or 2 and I can confirm the mattress to the master was great. We didn’t spend time in the villa in the evenings but it was well set up for sociable gatherings if you were sharing the space with friends/another family. Really enjoyable stay at a villa that caters for almost any type of guests in a location that has so much close by, yet is quiet and despite being overlooked by some apartments felt very private as barely saw a person. Looking forward to our return next year!

Fuimos a pasar la semana santa, un grupo de 9 amigos y dos perritos, las camas cómodas y todo lo necesario para una estancia genial. Barbacoa, aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, ventiladores y la cocina equipada. la zona un poco alejada de todo pero bien para desconectar. a 15 min de la playa. recomendable al 100%

Marta's place was more than we could have wished for... The house has everything and feels like home from home. The combination of garden pool and direct access on to the beach felt like such a privilege. We were a little worried that the building work in the next door plot might disturb us but it really wasn't an issue. Getting up for sunrise on the beach and snorkeling with octopus are just some of the memories that will stay with us forever. Thank you Marta for sharing your beautiful house.

wow ,we all had a fantastic stay it was everything we expected and more .what a beautiful villa ,immaculate throughout ,and brilliant for a family holiday .everything was to the highest standard.grandaughters loved the pool ,and one learnt to swim whilst there ,Natalie and Dan fantastic hosts nothing too much trouble ,we will definitely book again mojacor just as we remembered it ,we went to a lovely restaurant " la parata" fantastic setting food excellent well worth a visit .

Beautiful villa, lots of stuff in both kitchen and bathrooms to make our stay perfect. Towels for pool were great, toy cupboard full of pool toys which entertained my 2 year old grandson

We stayed with our family and two grandchildren over the Easter period. The house/hacienda is in a lovely location surrounded by orange groves with lovely garden and fantastic pool. There are pretty much 360 degree views from around the house with plenty of options for sun or shade. We loved the more traditional style of the property and all the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Tim communicated with me on the first day to make sure we were ok and there was a lovely welcome pack of water, wine and fresh fruit which was greatly appreciated on a Sunday. The local farmer very kindly dropped in a bag of fresh oranges for us on our first day. The pool is a great asset as its very large and has a springboard which the grandkids loved although the water was a bit chilly at this time of year! Your only 10 minutes from the town of Vera or there are cafes and restauarnts just down the road. It's a great place to stay and a good location for visiting local attractions.
