Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Las Negras

Very nice apartment in a nice location in Almeria. We arrived during the national power outage in Spain but were fortunately able to find each other quickly. The apartment itself is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. Strongly recommended!!! :)

This was the cleanest a most well equipped air bnb that I have ever stayed in. (And I’ve stayed in a lot) there was not a speck of dirt or dust anywhere, we were so comfortable. Clarissa provides everything you need to be able to go explore the beaches and relax at her place comfortably. In order to get to, and around the Valle del Este Resort, you will need a car. There is nothing walkable from the location except the hotel bar and restaurant. But hopefully that’s obvious given the location. Usually I try to boycott Airbnb and stay at hotels when I can but this one was impossible to pass up because it was cheaper then the hotel and offered so much more. I am so glad we stayed here. Clarissa and her husband were so nice and helpful. I would definitely book again.

Fabulous apartment, perfect for a family or two couples. All the facilities are amazing quality and you have everything that is needed.

This apartment was fantastic and it felt like a home away from home. The location cannot be beat and everything is clean and today and everything as advertised.

We were warmly welcomed by Rocio and shown into the apartment. There was a small welcome gift for everyone and something nutritious from the area. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Nothing is actually missing. The best part is the very large balcony with an excellent view of the sea, which we enjoyed every morning at breakfast. Almeria is not exactly the most beautiful city, but if you want to go on vacation quietly, this is the place to be. Rocia has been in touch with us several times and asked if everything is okay and if we need anything else. We found that very attentive. The nearby underground car park is also a positive, which avoids the very difficult search for a parking space. Overall, a highly recommended place where we felt very comfortable.

We had a lovely stay! The apartment is in a great location, parking garage about 10 minutes walk, the instructions were clear and communication with Expoholidays went well. The apartment is spacious, clean and has many conveniences. The beds were also great. We suspected there was a daycare or school next to the apartment, because of the noise & music in the morning. But we didn't find that so annoying.

The accommodation is fantastic, as for Virginia, she was always looking out for us.

Absolutely gorgeous house. It was well equipped, beautifully decorated. Loved the roof terrace. Ideal location. Will definitely visit again.

The house is perfect for enjoying a few days in the area. Everything is very new and the house has all the details. The air conditioning was vital for these hot days. The residential complex is very quiet, the pool is open until midnight and there is a Mercadona supermarket about 200 meters away. We'll be back on our next visit to Vera Playa.

This was an absolutely brilliant find for us on a longer holiday in Spain, and over a number of locations this was definitely our favourite stay! The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the outdoor space was amazing. Such a wonderful place to relax, have a swim, BBQ and have a beer or two! Martyn and Marie were wonderful hosts, quick to respond and very happy to give us privacy for the rest of our stay. We really enjoyed this and would 100% recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

Townhouse just like in the photos. Quiet and comfortable. With everything you need to spend a few relaxing days. We didn't miss anything. Attentive and very communicative host. With a lot of information on the sites and places to see. Perfect as a starting point. Coves and beaches less than 30 minutes away by car. Great air conditioning and at night a little cool air on the terrace. Everything was great. We enjoyed it.

Not enough words to describe our stay. A luxury would be one of them. The home is decorated with an unusual taste, Beautiful. The spacious and comfortable rooms. The common areas a madness!: the terrace, the air bed, the barbecue… the perfect and hospitable kitchen. Perfectly equipped and divine bathrooms. Merche is always pending, and you want to meet her in person. Where you go in the village praise it, for something it will be. We'll be back for sure!

Beautiful stay in Las Negras in a house with unique charm, where authenticity and modernity blend perfectly. The setting is simply idyllic, with stunning views of the sea and the mountains. The place is peaceful, located in a quiet neighborhood, conducive to rest and disconnection. We were warmly welcomed by Maria, who was very kind and remarkably flexible, both on arrival and departure. A house that invites you to slow down and fully enjoy the natural beauty of the region. The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Beautiful views, spacious and just a short, scenic walk to the spectacular Genoveses beach. Exactly what we were looking for.

Such an amazing space!! The perfect relaxing week for our family. The apartment was immaculate upon arrival. All the amenities to feel right at home. The large outdoor space which leads directly to the pool area is everything we needed. Will be visiting again in the near future!! Thank you Raúl!!

One of the best places to stay in Vera. The house is just as seen in the photos or even better and the development is super quiet and with little noise, in addition to being practically next to Vera Playa. With Rosa and her husband the unbeatable communication, for anything they responded very quickly and even provided us with a pdf with information about the house interest, places in the area, taxi numbers and so on. I would definitely repeat.

The place is as in the photo, clean, and Gaiva is super helpful. It is located in the gypsy neighbourhood which for us flamenco fans was a plus. It was quiet at night, there is airconditioning. The only point of improvement would be adding some safety to the stairs.

We enjoyed a great time in this well kept and comfortable apartment. Very comfortable bed, with nice bed linen and good quality fluffy towels. We had sole use of the pool and deck area, with sun loungers, seating and parasol shade. Beautiful, quiet location with stunning backdrop of mountains and Mojacar village. Long stretches of beach with easy parking the whole way along the coast. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops, everything you could want for a really lovely stay in this stunning town.

The house was super well decorated and very cozy, as well as well equipped. The treatment was excellent. The location of the house was next to the beach and with the promenade, there was quite an atmosphere. Highly recommended
