Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Las Vegas

Wonderful place. We had a great stay. Host was amazing. The place was super clean and every amenity you could think of was already there. Loved the location and a great neighborhood. The house had a great layout. Everything was perfect and I would highly recommend it.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house was very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated—it truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The amenities were a huge hit with our family! The kids couldn’t get enough of the slide into the pool—they were on it all day—and we all enjoyed the pool and basketball court. It was the perfect spot for both relaxation and fun. we had kids as young as six and as old as 18 and they managed to stay entertained all day!! We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for families looking for a great getaway!

The home was perfect for our family of four. The location was great, 2 miles from a grocery store and Starbucks. 7 miles / 20 minute drive to the strip. I enjoyed all of the extras such as the ping pong table, beach towels by the pool, the kitchen accessories, the pool and hot tub. The place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Tina was great at check in, I had a few questions and she was very prompt. A great stay and we thoroughly enjoyed the property. I would recommend staying here if you would like a clean and quiet house away from the commotion of the strip.

We loved our stay! My kids didn’t want to leave. There was more than enough towels for the bathrooms and the pool separated by color. The multiple toilets, tvs, beds and couches were a huge hit! We used the bbq a couple times and made some pretty yummy burgers! The beds and pillows were heavenly… We slept extremely well! There’s hand soap at every sink as well as lotion (lotion in every room as well). There’s also shampoo, conditioner, and laundry detergent. This house has it all! Myriam was very attentive to us. Anytime I had a question or concern, it was taken care of right away. Only down was that the people before us misplaced the garage remote, so we didn’t have one our entire stay. The spa heater kicks off once it hits 104 but does heat really well! The bowls in the kitchen need to be deeper; they were more like salad bowls. My kids like to eat cereal, so we improvised using the cocoa cups. All in all we loved our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood that had great view of the strip at night. The home was clean and in a safe quiet area, plenty of amenities provided. Host was responsive to any questions I had during my stay.

House was amazing the back yard with the pool and all the outdoor games was my favorite. Nice neighborhood. Loved everything about this house inside and out.

Great place to stay! Very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The house is located about 15 minutes from the strip and about 10 minutes from downtown, so it was very convenient and easy to get around. Art was a wonderful host. VERY responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again.

Great place everything matches photos/description

Very happy I stayed with Marco and Gabriella! They were very responsive and attentive to our needs. The location was perfect as it was close enough to the strip but far enough to offer a quiet place to relax after a long day of events. The place was exactly as described and professionally cleaned prior to our arrival. Make sure you purchase bottled water before because the apartment kitchen is completely empty besides included coffee and tea.

Nelson’s place was the perfect stop for us after many days of adventures in Zion & Bryce — we got in around 8:00pm and were able to wash our clothes before our flight the next morning. Super comfortable and clean. Nelson was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again! Quiet, safe neighborhood that’s a great spot for the airport and Fremont Street.

Peaceful escape from the strip and nice surroundings for walking and biking

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Paul's place....the neighborhood was great, it was quiet and lots of stores and restaurants in driving distance. It was not far from Fremont St. Paul was very responsive whenever I had any questions. The back yard and pool area was great. I would absolutely stay again !!!! Thank you so much Paul!

Honestly one of the best airbnb I have ever seen. Beautiful inside private and very clean. I loved it and for my first time in Vegas I couldn’t have stayed in a better spot. Definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone. Amazing!

Stayed at Collette’s place for 6 nights and her place was everything as per photos and I can understand why she has so many great reviews. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom huge. We cooked breakfast a couple of times, bought a chicken and eggs from Costco and avocado.. it was nice to sit at the table and enjoy the view. Not all the pools were open but 2 of the 3 towers were, plus the MGM hotel pool. I’d definitely recommend staying at Signature rather than the hotel, cheaper and you get a spacious apartment. We hired a car and the valet parked it for us and goes and gets it for you every day, free, can tip if you want. Collette place felt luxurious great air con and lots of thoughtful touches. We will stay again next year if we come to Vegas!

We would like to endlessly thank Bianca for being an amazing, superb, and very attentive and responsive host..Right from checking-in, we already felt at home and at peace..Bianca made sure everything went smooth and it did.. It’s a very cozy place with central AC even in the bedroom..Along with 2 TV’s, both in the living room and bedroom.. The washer and dryer came in clutch too..Wonderful amenities..And the place was perfectly clean.. We couldn’t of ask for a better stay and wished we stayed longer but had to fly back home..We’d love to stay much longer the next time..It’s a home away from home type vibe.. I can't express enough the appreciation for Greg and his accommodations. He's thought of everything to make his guests stay as comfortable as possible. This is my first review and Greg deserves it. Clear instructions and VERY responsive with messages. Forget to bring coffee? Greg has you covered. Coffee sweetener /creamer, he's got you covered on that as well. He even has a snack drawer ready for his guests consisting of protein bars, assorted cereal bowls, chips, cookies, etc... He's even gone so far as to have a jar of facial cleanser/makeup remover towelettes in the bathroom. It's as great as it sounds and you couldn't be any closer to the elevator in Greg's 29th floor unit. Our flight arrived very early and then our return flight was delayed. Because the Suite was not occupied the day before and already clean, Greg let us occupy it much earlier than he needed to. When we ask for a late check out due to the delayed flight, Greg did what he could to help us out there. Thanks, Greg!

Perfect place to be in Vegas if you don’t want to spend a fortune. The apartment is very well stocked with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms, the host is friendly and responded quickly to my questions. The place is close to the airport but we didn’t hear the planes. We got more than we expected.

A beautiful two bedroom condo nestled in a lovely community. Pool access, and plenty to do in the neighborhood. Condo was fully loaded with every amenity you’d need to stay comfortably. Clean furnishings, very comfortable beds, pleasant, friendly and helpful hosts. Ample space for multiple guests. Would absolutely stay here again, 10 out of 10!
