"MY PERCH" located at the Esplanade above the facades, large comfortable studio, bathed in light on the 11th and top floor, all beautiful, all new, fully equipped (almost too much for me), quiet to study and work but ideally located to visit Strasbourg, a few tram stops from the Cathedral, Germany and the highway...
