Depending on the train, you need between 10-17 minutes to Stuttgart Central Station. Our guests have the apartment to themselves.

Liebe Gäste, bei mir seid ihr bestens aufgehoben, wenn ihr es gemütlich und hell mögt. Die Einrichtung ist im modernen Landhausstil gehalten. Ich lebe hin und wieder selbst in der Wohnung, bin aber wenn Gäste kommen nicht da. Meine Wohnung befindet sich in einem gehobenem Wohnviertel. Privater Parkplatz am Gebäude. Gehminuten zur Innenstadt ca 20 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheke und Bank in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist 100 m2 groß.

Sehr schönes, neu eingerichtetes Apartment nur 4 km entfernt vom Schloss LUDWIGSBURG und dem schönen italienischen Marktplatz, mit dem barocken Weihnachtsmarkt, gemütlichen Cafés und Restaurants und vielen Shops. Das 1,5 Zimmer Apartment ist sehr ruhig und nah an Weinbergen und der Natur gelegen. Sehr schön für Spaziergänge oder zum Joggen. Dennoch ist Ludwigsburg in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und auch Stuttgart ist in 30 min zu erreichen.

With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.
