It is located 2 km from the village of Champtoceaux, 5 km from Oudon train station and 30 km from Nantes. Guests can enjoy a large garden and reach a Loire beach on foot or by bike. Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. The Outbuilding

We will be delighted to host you in our former 22 m2 wine press, renovated in 2018. With a nice covered terrace. you will have an equipped kitchen area, a retractable bed in the living room, a shower room. We are on a landscaped area of 2400 m2, a stone's throw from the village of our municipality of Champtoceaux (all shops within walking distance, outdoor swimming pool in July and August in the town center).
