Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Le Mans

This was a very cute place to stay in an old house in the middle of the Plantagenet City. Laurent was easy to contact, flexible about booking, and greeted us and showed us around and then left us alone. The house was comfortable and had all the amenities, and it was an easy walk to everything. .

Agathe is a charming host, very available and responsive. The house is well appointed. The environment is peaceful and pleasant with cats, geese, chickens and a lovely rabbit. We stayed two nights during our stay in the area. We'll be happy to go back.

Very functional and well-equipped accommodation. Quietly located not far from the Le Mans circuit where I had to go. The space has everything you need.

Very quiet neighborhood, free places on the street to park. Self check-in. Small but functional studio. Good bedding. Perfect for resting before getting back on the road.

Bérengère and her husband are very nice and were very welcoming. The room is exactly as described, and the location is ideal for discovering Le Mans. We would highly recommend it.

Cyril and Claudine were exceptionally welcoming hosts. Their Gite is one of the nicest we have ever stayed in, and we’ve been coming to France for over 10 years. The location is idyllic with a fantastic swimming pool! The Gite was very quirky but comfortable and everything you could want! We have already booked to come back next year!

If you want to stay in an absolutely picturesque place in the French countryside not far from Le Mans THIS is your place!!! It was beautiful and peaceful and the hosts are SO lovely, kind and helpful. They live in the house right next to this place and were wonderful. The place had everything we needed and is full of charm and character. The main photo for their place doesn't do it justice AT ALL. Having coffee in the morning in their garden with all the birds chirping was heavenly. I would come back here anytime.

We had a lovely stay at Valentin's. The apartment is very good, faithful to the description and well located. Being in the city center, it may be more difficult to park depending on the time, but there are free spaces in the adjacent streets. I would this property.

Richard's place was a wonderful little hideaway surrounded by trees, birds, flowers and lovely art. Conveniently located and felt a world away. Highly recommend!

I had the please of staying at Jean Yves’s listing during my visit to Le Mans. He was waiting for me at the front door when i arrived, very responsive, kind, took his time to explain to me the location and things to do in the area. The listing was wonderful neighbors antique furniture and character, it was so lovely being in the center of the town yet feel like in a peaceful neighborhood with lots of beautiful flowers and trees, where you can hear the sound of birds throughout the day. The balcony was unbelievably beautiful and quiet for a morning coffee or a sunset wind down. It was very quiet throughout the night, exactly what i needed after long day of walking. Jean Yves also went above and beyond to accommodate my check out time since my flight was delayed which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this listing and will definitely return again during my next visit. Thank you 🙏🏻

The apartment was exactly as-advertised, and very conveniently located. We arrived by bicycle, and there was very convenient and secure off-street parking with charging for our bikes. It's just a couple of blocks' walk from the city center and the old town, and a quick bike ride (or direct tram ride) to the Circuit de la Sarthe. We were very happy!

Best AirBnb Ever. Finally!!! Alleluiah;) An Airbnb where people have thought of all the little things, we feel at home;) Go there without a second thought. Extremely clean, convenient, great bathroom, no limit on hot water as is often the case ;) Etc etc... In summary, perfect. Have a good stay everyone ;)

We had a great stay at Jérémie's. The apartment is located very close to the botanical garden so not far from the city center. It's a quiet area - no noise during the nights, even with the windows open. Very comfortable, and highly recommended!

Excellent stay in a lovely apartment. Clean, bright and well furnished accommodation 15 minutes walk from the train station and city center. Free parking spaces 5 minutes' walk away. I recommend

Perfectly clean, spacious, really bright apartment, with a beautiful kitchen with very recent appliances. 2 very large closets in the hallway allow you to easily store linen and personal effects of 4 people (wardrobe and linen): to unpack the suitcases without anything lying around in the living room or bedroom. The bedroom side bedding combines comfort and quiet at night. The sofa is easily convertible, for those who like a firm bed. The long balcony allows you to have a coffee outside and partly overlooks a public garden. The house of the holy spouses Zélie and Louis Martin is 5 minutes away, the basilica and the old streets 7 minutes away by strolling. Everything is within walking distance, once the car is parked just in front, no worries even with a large 8-seater vehicle. We'll keep the address for a future stop in Orne!

Very clean accommodation, good location, you can rent the apartment with your eyes closed. everything matches the photos, I think I'll go back before the end of the year. all explanations are clear, everything is nearby.
