Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Le Paquier

Nice, cozy, small apartment, we liked everything, I recommend it for accommodation in Annecy. This apartment is suitable for 2 people. We were with 2 more children, it was cramped with the sofa disassembled in the living room. Check-in is convenient - via a keybox. The apartment is on the third floor under the roof, the staircase is narrow and steep. Despite the hot weather and the lack of air conditioning, we were comfortable. The apartment is well ventilated if you open all the windows. There is a shopping center with Zara, H&M, and a large supermarket nearby. Close to the railway station, 10-15 minutes' walk to the center. There is a private parking lot and a dedicated parking space on the territory near the house, it was very convenient for us.

The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was great! Sandrine was extremely attentive and quick to respond. Only inconvenience was having to take off all the linen and put away all the dishes once cleaned and taking out the garbage, not a big deal, just time consuming. So make sure to begin check out with enough time, especially if you have a flight to catch.

Very nice apartment in the old town of Annecy. Back porch looked out over stream. Quiet and comfortable. What we liked: Location, comfort, main bathroom was very large, modern, and clean, kitchen appliances with coffee/tea/honey, steel door entrance for safety. Things to consider: no a/c but fans provided, third bedroom attached by quick step outside, unable to lock outside door of house that connects to 3rd bedroom or 3rd bedroom itself but would be very challenging for someone to reach these areas from the ground, 3rd bedroom with low ceiling. If you’re looking for the silverware drawer, it above the wine glasses in a hidden drawer. Overall excellent apartment. I’d highly recommend as long as it’s not too hot outside.

You couldn't find a more central place in Annecy. Short walks to everything. Parking is very convenient down below with a lift virtually to the front door. The apartment is very clean, nicely decorated, and big. When you've been travelling for a while you forget how nice it is to have a bit of space until you live in an apartment like Karine's. The space is ace.

Fantastic location in the heart of Annecy but just far enough away from the noise and busyness. Lovely, renovated space with all the amenities listed. Only downside, for us, were the beds. Didn’t find them overly comfortable- especially the pillows. But, the host did bring additional ones when asked. Could also have a few supplies on hand for when things run out- soap, dish towels, shampoo etc. Overall a wonderful apartment and very attentive hosts. Would definitely recommend !

a fantastic apartment in a wonderful location. Close to the lake and town. The flat is well furnished and in very good condition. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and the surrounding area. There is a superb view of the mountains from the apartment.

This Air BnB will make you feel right at home with the small touches provided in the apartment. The location works well for visitors. The apartment is large and has an excellent kitchen, laundry, and bath. It was very clean and well equipped. We parked in the garage one night but decided it was easier to find street parking our final night. We appreciate the host’s recommendations.

We were so happy in this place, it just had a really nice vibe, very quaint, spacious and with character. Very close to the lake and bike path lots of nice things nearby and the cherry on the cake was the loan of some bikes that made getting to the centre and getting around really quick and easy. The place came well stocked with a dishwasher and coffee and everything, and the host was very friendly and kind and helpful. I would come back for sure 👌

We had a lovely stay as a family at this listing. The house is well-equipped and spacious, and has a large garden. The accommodation is very located only 15 mins walk from the lake and the city. Our host was available for the duration of our stay.

Maria and Jean-Marc are very welcoming and very open hosts without being stingy with practical information. The accommodation matches the description of the listing exactly and is very functional. Jean-Marc offered to take us to a site close to their home while showing us his native region. A big thank you to Maria and Jean-Marc for their advice and availability. I look forward to seeing them again if the opportunity arises.

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Carine and her husband were incredible. Really perfect, attentive, kind and funny hosts. Very accommodating. Thank you to them. We had a great weekend. the accommodation was perfect, clean, tidy, functional. everything is new. really it was a very pleasant weekend. I recommend this place 1000% without hesitation. next to an artificial lake with garden made by volunteers. close to Annecy. a treat. everything perfect

The cottage was spotless, well-equipped and as described. It's a peaceful location with magnificent views of the mountains. We appreciated Jean-Michel's interest in us and his quick responses. Staying with Jean-Michel was a pleasure. We would recommend it.

Wow! What a beautiful place to stay. Elisabeth met us when we arrived and showed us around her stunning accommodation. The accommodation was tastefully decorated, with everything that we needed for our stay. The outside space gave wonderful views and was peaceful. The hot tub an added bonus. All in all, 10/10!

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Good communication with the owner. Clear information. A well-located, quiet home with a magnificent and peaceful view. The apartment was spotless, it smelled good, well equipped with good bedding. Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!
