The former coach house we have converted into a beautiful apartment and is next to our farm with private terrace on the south. 10 minutes from Leeuwarden and 4 minutes from Grou is our rural farm in Idaerd. This fully furnished, modern apartment has all the comforts. The bathroom has a sink, a rain and hand shower and a toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and combination microwave/oven. Smart TV, Nespresso, kettle are available. Kitchen, bathroom and bed linen are provided.

Hidden in the Leeuwarden district of Huizum, lies the former kindergarten "Boartlik Begjin". At the end of the Ludolf Bakhuizenstraat, lies this special quiet place, within walking distance of the city center and the train station. A nice base to go into the city, shop or visit one of the museums. And also to discover the rest of Friesland. The room is also suitable as a home office (WiFi available).
