Unsere Einliegerwohnung mit separatem Eingang und eigener Terrasse am Oberen Eselsberg liegt fußläufig zur Universität und dem Science Park. Öffentliche Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor der Wohnung. Mehr oder weniger direkt hinterm Haus ist man im Grünen. Man hat nur wenige Minuten bis zu Bus und Straßenbahn, sowie zum Bäcker und Lebensmittelladen. Den Botanischen Garten erreicht man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Legoland sind es 30 Minuten und zum Ravensburger Spieleland 1 Stunde mit dem Auto.

This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the highway connection. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in unserer ruhig gelegenen Unterkunft. Auf 65m² findet eine vierköpfige Familie ausreichend Platz. Auf der Terasse kann man bei schönem Wetter Zeit verbringen und den Blick über den Garten hinweg über die Brenz hin zur Donau schweifen lassen. Die ruhige Lage lädt zum Entspannen ein. Von hier aus können Ausflüge z.B. ins Legoland gestartet werden. Der nahe gelegene Spielplatz bietet die Möglichkeit für Kinder sich austoben.

The flat is located in a newly built solid wood house close to Legoland - just 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike. Additionally, the apartment is within walking distance to the charming old town of Günzburg. In the surrounding area, beautiful hiking trails and the Günz river await exploration. The apartment has its own entrance and a terrace. As residents of the house, we are always available for questions and are happy to share tips about the area.
