The accommodation, located in a very quiet neighborhood, is faithful to the description. Very clean and nice accommodation. It is located near the village center: shops and bike paths two minutes away. Amélie gave us the essential information for our stay. We recommend.

We had a great time at La Flotte. Beatrice is really very friendly with lots of good advice even though we knew the island very well. The pool is a real plus and the garden is very zen. We'll be happy to go back.

the rental was in accordance with the descriptions of the listing. a house without neighbors opposite with a fully enclosed land (very appreciable with our dog). Many trails through the woods 100m away. Access to the beaches is via very quiet paths and alleys. Really pleasant stay in a functional, clean house, the owner of which is present and responsive. we are already thinking about coming back.

we had a great weekend with friends at Jean-Michel's place. Great house with a great garden and great outdoor space to eat a bbq. There are even games for the kids who loved it. I highly recommend this place.

The large living room is ideal for gathering and cooking. The bedding is comfortable and the place is well equipped. A warm welcome upon arrival. Listing matches photos. We stayed in this little house during a weekend on Ile de Ré. We enjoyed its comfort and location: it is ideally located in the heart of a small, very quiet and peaceful residence, and very close to the city center of La Flotte. We recommend ☺️

We had a lovely stay at this place. We discovered La Couarde, which we really liked (central square on the island, caterers, covered market with few stalls but quality, kindness of the people we met ...). We were a little far from the center on foot but we didn't mind (25 minute walk). The residence where the accommodation is located is very pleasant and has all the amenities (tennis court, ping pong table in a covered place, small green space...) Only thing a little inconvenient to the noise from the road to Ars. The interior of the accommodation was very nice and cozy, with a large comfortable sofa and a large table, the bedding was fine and all the kitchenware was there. Communication with our host was discreet

We had a very good stay in this apartment on the occasion of a wedding in the area. The location is perfect, very central, which allowed us to do everything on foot. We had a lovely stay at Angélique and Christophe's. The house was well located, comfortable and well equipped. Angelique was very responsive on the phone. The instructions were clear and detailed. 5 minutes' walk from the port of La Flotte where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, a market... And there is a beautiful beach 10 minutes away. The pool is very clean, heated and part of it is quite deep (2.20 m) so great for swimming a little. We recommend this family accommodation

We had a great time with the family at Anthony's house. It is very well equipped and the layout of the different rooms (sleeping area, dining area,etc.) allows you to share time together but also to have each their own space! The village center is within walking distance (there are all the essential shops there) and we rented bikes, which allowed us to visit the rest of the island on foot and go to the beach a few minutes by bike from the house. Finally, thank you to Justine from the concierge , who gave us a warm welcome on our arrival and was available despite our very early departure, not to mention her valuable advice on the good places on the island!

Great stay in this nice house, all the rooms are amazing. Big +: Each room has its own bathroom. Beautiful decor! We didn't have children, but everything was also done for them. It has all the essentials for the kitchen. We will come back with our children this time. Thank you so much!

The house perfectly reflects the description and Jeanne is really a caring person giving advices and sharing also her knowledge and tips ans tricks about the regions. The house was super clean. The house is perfectly located, 3 minutes walk from the daily market with local producers and from The haven and the restaurants. The street is super quiet as only accessible to people living in the street. Ars en Ré was for us the best town as it combines the small shops, some restaurants, the daily market and you can reach the other towns easily by bike. We had a great week in Jeanne’s house.

We stayed five nights in June 2024 in Simona's charming house with our little dog, and we had a great time. The accommodation is as described: spacious, clean, very well-equipped and pleasant to live in. We enjoyed the small garden at the front, perfect for enjoying the sun in peace. The location is ideal: central but in a very quiet residential area, which allows you to do everything on foot while enjoying a peaceful environment. Simona was very available and responsive throughout our stay. We strongly recommend this listing and will not hesitate to return!

An excellent stay in La Couarde in this accommodation Clean, very well decorated, very well equipped, very comfortable, with a pleasant and well-equipped outdoor space and close to the city center, the tourist office and shuttles for the whole island (ideal when you come without a car) Some suggestions: - offer a map of the island and shuttle schedules (we left some) - Make the operating instructions for the household appliances available: a little complicated with the coffee maker...😊

Beautiful and spacious house in very central location in Le Bois, close to the market, shops etc. Very well equipped kitchen. Lovely courtyard garden. Our party of 6 adults had a most enjoyable stay, enjoying both cooking and eating delicious local produce at home and going out to local restaurants.

Highly recommended! One of those rare stays where the home exceeds expectations, the photos do not do it justice. We are fussy and this lovely house was immaculately presented making it very inviting and attractive for our stay.

Typical house of Ile de Ré, very pleasant with its garden and summer kitchen. It's big and well laid out. Its location is perfect . A stone's throw from the port and its shops, like the Arnérault beach. Alexandra is very welcoming. Don't hesitate to book their parking because in high season finding a spot can be complicated. We had a lovely stay .

Steven from the concierge was friendly and responsive throughout our stay The very quiet location during this time is ideal, very close to the ocean and small local shops (which are also quality and welcoming). Note small daily market in the village square a few minutes from the house. Recommended without hesitation.
